This is usually our go to restaurant, as we moved to this area, and hadn't had too many problems before today. I ordered my family a meal through the app for drive thru, including my chicken sandwich. We started eating when we got home and i took about 2 or 3 bites and noticed something fall on my shirt. It looked like hard white dust or pebbles (its hard to explain). I looked at my chicken sandwich and the bottom bread was covered in white hard little pebbles. I have no idea what they were and never got answers to what it could be. I called the manager, she said she needed to see the sandwich for a refund so we drove back. She offered to make me another sandwich but no thanks! I was not hungry after seeing that. Also, she was only going to refund the sandwich not the meal, even though she told me to just take the sandwich back. I told her well we had to drive all the way back for this and then she's like ok that's fine. She refunded my meal. After that she was a little more apologetic and said if I wanted a frosty for the inconvenience, I said sure, (That was my dinner). I'm just disappointed with how the situation was handled though because I would have been so much more apologetic and embarrassed after seeing that. Read moreThe second time at that particular location that the help is really stubborn first time was I wanted to add something to the order but they said that I had to go back around through the drive-thru even though there was no one behind me they wanted me to drive all the way back around even though there were no cars there I told her there was no one in the Drive-Thru she still insisted she said you have to drive back around and I said no I don't and just took my money and drove away. Shoulda known better to go back to that same location but I ordered an xlarge coffee 4 and 4 cream and sugar on the side. I recently went gluten-free and missed breakfast so the gluten-free item I wanted was gone. I decided to just get an extra large coffee and something for my daughter they started asking me what kind of sauce I wanted with that so I repeated my order and she was still talking about 4 for $4 after some back-and-forth I thought we worked that out but when I drove away there was no cream and sugar in my bag and the coffee was black:-( if you'd just listen and stop being so freaking stubborn this wouldn't happen I understand 4 for $4 and 4 and 4 cream and sugar on the side.. Both have the same numbers but completely different....So don't go to the one...

Cashier guy was helpful rest staff ignored us upon entering till he helped The issue that concerns me is my husband tasted the frosty chocolate and he said it didn't taste right upon smell he said it smelled like alchol I tought the milk used was sour but definitely they have something either alchol added on purpose or the CLEANER used for cleaning after that I check the other 2 frostys and my daughter(3 yrs) frosty also chocolate smelled the worst Vanilla didn't check because after that I was uncomfortable to eat something that contains CHEMICAL My husband ate some we were worried he didn't get sick or end up hospital. I called multiple times and they diddnt answer me they send me voice-mail or hangup on me I left voice-mail was urgent no call back they are open till 3am drive thru Husband couldn't drive back due to having to go to work . Reached out head quarters said manager will call didn't he doesn't care someone closed had got SICK or DIED!!!!!
