I had a couple bad experiences at this White Castle in the past but usually they get it right...the price is right and the food is good for the most part- and it puts the fast in fast food lol...this particular day though I was fuming.
First of all the food is usually hot, but this time it was just warm being that I saw it sitting there for a few minutes before it was placed in a bag. I got mozzarella sticks and the breading was falling apart; the cheese in the middle was cold. Another thing was I was one of only 2 other customers and I was waiting for almost 20mins.
When one of the employees finally began putting my order together it blew my mind 🤯 when he stopped and walked away- and the manager finishing it and forgot to give me half of my order. She didn't seem to know what was what. I usually always check my orders but I was annoyed at how long it took and wanted to go home to eat. The truth is I shouldn't have to check it- it's messed up that the new norm has turned into having to check your food because more than half the time the workers don't care enough to do their job right. I get that food industry jobs are not easy but come on now! All you have to do is look at a screen and make sure the order is filled correctly in an efficient matter and given that it wasn't busy I just don't understand how these things happen.
Unfortunately I eat out once a week to treat myself after working & I won't be going here again...

I know because I had made an order here very early in the morning. After several mornings of coming here & getting sick. I decided to ask a different employee about the timing of these burgers.
He told me that the burgers usually sit out on the stove from 12am midnight to 6am in the morning.
Then I asked: is it at the Manager's request: he said yes.
This is when I knew why I felt sick every time I came here.
A word of advise: stay safe when ordering early morning because some employees will keep this discreet to serve there Manager's demands.
As for me I learned the hard way after realizing what was happening to me. I thank God I didn't get to sick.
It's just a bad thing when some workers don't have any remorse or sympathy for the customers health. I know a job pays the bills, but food safety and food quality also comes first too, to everyone who eats here.. What a bummer.
*Corporate should spy on this place, to prevent any possible lawsuits in the future...
Read moreI would like to make a review becuase tonight of all nights coming to White Castle for a snack stood out to me. At the drive through speaker i was greeted with a nice and happy voice which came to a surprise to me. It only came to a surprise becuase i am usually attended with rude and unhappy voices but i still love you guys. Continuing to the window is the boy that greeted us through the drive through, knowing becuase he had a headset and seemed happy while he continued to take other orders. He also handled our transaction and gave us our food. He made sure our food was correct and even asked us if we need sauces…when I usually have to ask you guys for sauces. I sadly didnt get a name but he appeared as a lighter skin mexican with dyed blonde hair. I’m taking the time out my way to write this review to recognize a great employee within your store that made my White Castle visit complete becuase this treatment I have never received before while visiting the shop. I hope he is recognized for this review and keeps doing...
