Panda Express # 2685 from Cicero with 65th in Chicago, IL is a place with “own” rules! I asked the food server to give me a black plastic square bowl with a little bit white rice and Kung Pao Chicken with Mushroom Chicken in the same bowl( just to fit all together) and charge me as a white plate, because I’m a truck driver and if I take the food in a closed container It will be more septic and easier to handle it! Manager from this place didn’t want to serve me like I asked, motivating the business policy and they added the mushroom chicken in a side red paper box, which I didn’t want to have it. As far as I pay for a black box with double food inside and ask to be charged as a white foam plate, I assume that the all food is fitting in with no further explanations! Their refusal is unprofessional for me and I ask that these young ladies( especially manager Cynthia) to be questioned about their decisions! General policies could be “adjusted” to meet the standards of good clients, even if they ask to be served differently than usual! I’m an UNHAPPY customer now and If I could give this place -5 STARS, I would DO it! Next time, when I’ll come here, if I’ll be refused to be served in the black box like I asked, I’ll call Better Business Bureau to investigate this policy and the request of a well intentioned customer, like me! Read moreDrive thru operations need some improvements and not practical for cars that may need to wait a few extra minutes, definitely need to rethink and not cause confusion or frustration to the customer. The drive thru looks to be unfinished and doesn't allow for a vehicle to get around in a manner not to cause damage to your personal vehicle or someone else's. I was told to pull into a spot that was 1-2 vehicles behind me to wait for my order, which meant backing up...not realistic. Then I was told to go back around when I asked if I just pull up to wait. Terrible plan Panda Express. I ordered two kids meals and a regular mixed green. The food was then just thrown in the bag barely closed. The mixed greens was mixed cuts of broccoli nothing much more mixed in. I will also be leaving another review with the store manager. I started to go back and request a refund but didn't want to even be bothered with them any longer than the time that was already wasted. I've been here before post COVID multiple times but can't say I'll be returning any time soon. Not pleased this time around and there's some changes that need to be made. Read moreIt was HORRIBLE! The person that took my order in the drive thru insisted on over talking me while I placed my order not allowing me to finish. Then tells me it will be a ten minute wait on the Beijing beef. That was ok, but then says there will be an additional 8-10 minute whait on the mushroom dish. If they are being prepared at the same time then why the extra time? I placed the order at 8:08 pm at 8:30pm I got out of my vehicle and went inside. That's where it got really bad! I asked about my order with my receipt in hand. The young lady quetioned me as though I did something wrong by coming in and inquiring about my order! She asked me if I was missing something and I said yes my whole order. I attempted too give her my receipt but she didn't want it. She kept asking what did I order?
