I normally don't write reviews but I can't help this one! I have never been to such an unprofessional Burger King before. I went through the drive through and was told to "hold up" through the speaker. I was going to back up to leave but there was another car pulling behind me so I had no choice but to stay in line. My order was plain and simple but the worker was rude and interrupted every word I said as if she didn't want to be there. When I pulled up to get my food, she took my card, closed the window and was talking to her coworkers. I did not get napkins or straws in my bag, the chicken fingers were half cooked and I didn't even get a receipt. She was wearing a purple snoopy Hoodie. I will NEVER eat at this BK again. I have never seen such unprofessional workers! P.S. you can't drive up to the window as there is a sensor as to how long your wait is. Read moreIf I could rate this place and individual experience, I’d give it a negative rating because I was robbed by this company and support or the actual store workers cared to help. Order at your discretion specifically online, because they took my money online, and in person the drive thru worker tells me they’re closed, and I exhausted myself trying to dispute it, I was told their “system is down” but then switched the story saying he turned off his system because they switch shifts at 4am but my order was placed at 2:28 am so how does any of this makes sense? In the end $30 dollars was taken from me, my time, left hungry, with no food and no refund, and a massive amount of resentment for this establishment, experience and lack of customer service, I warn anyone who took the time to read this please reconsider let my loss help your decision making because If it were up to me everyone should be fired since they don’t want to work at a 24 HR...
