Wingstop — Restaurant in Lake Township

The staff is unprofessional and rude. They messed up my uber eats order by giving me only 2/4 of my wing flavors and not giving me my fries. When I called, the lady said to take it up with uber. Uber gave a $2 refund lmao… I was going to reorder bc I want my food and I want it right..duh?? So I asked her why they didn’t give me all 4 flavors because if they were just out of the other 2 I wouldn’t re order and her slow self kept saying “take it up with uber you got your wings”. She then yelled at me that they weren’t out of anything.. okay so why mess up in the first place when my recipes was very clear, you even read back all 4 flavors to me and tried to convince me I got them lmao. I ordered online for pick up waited 30 minutes before going up to the restaurant. Upon arriving they first couldn’t find my order even with me giving both my name and confirmation number. The young lady kept saying she couldn’t use the confirmation number she needed me name. After giving her my name for the third time she went to the back and found my online order then told me it was going to be a thirty minute wait after I waited thirty minutes before going up to the restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:45PM and did not leave the restaurant until 9:30PM. This a new location but this is my third time going up to this location and receiving...

I made a call in order and picked my order up promptly. When I opened my bag to inspect my food,I discovered that my fries were sitting on a plastic tray without a covering. The fries should've been covered inside of a to go box due to restaurant standards.

However, the chicken and fries were delicious. I will order from this restaurant again. NOTE TO OWNER: All food should be in to go trays due to the fact that the restaurant is not opened for dine in services and to seal the freshness of the food. This is a brand new establishment and I'm optimistic on the continuation of good customer service and food service in our neighborhood. Keep up...
