Hello, fellow human people friends! This location is wonderful. It's one of my favorite pizza joints in Chicago. I have not experienced any disappointments from them thus far. I've ordered both pickup and delivery from this location several times and have consistently received fantastic piping-hot food and speedy deliveries. Their pan pizza's are gorgeous, inordinately delicious, and quite filling. They look like the Ninja Turtles pizzas that I grew up watching as a kid. They are so very cartoonishly visually appealing with their savory toppings and ridiculously stretchy cheese. Their buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks are also delectable. Cheese in the sticks that can pull and stretch for eternity and wings that make you perspire and turn your lips and fingertips orange. Their thin crust pizzas are also incredible. They're well-seasoned, savory, and aromatic. We gave the Casaccio pizza a try, which exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect for those who have big appetites, as they offer both quality and quantity. Keep up the great work. Thank you for the delicious food, friendly service, and quick deliveries! We shall howl our contentment to the moon. Cheers!

Pizza arrived in rough condition. Not sure if it was too big for the box or if it was on a heavy angle but the slices were bent in the center and had slid all around the box. And for some strange reason the basil was added before baking so it was completely burnt to a crisp. The cheese only half of the pizza was pretty good. However, the “house made” cheese sticks were disgusting. They arrived cold, soggy and liquified. The cheese was not real mozzarella at all!!!! It was like a margarine version of mozzarella. It didn’t melt like normal cheese. Sad to say it was inedible. I do realize ordering fried food for delivery is a gamble but these were terrible.

Slices are huge here. Seriously! 1 pan slice and you are good to go with a drink. Decent prices, but mostly cause the slices are so damn big when you buy them that way. Pan crust was nice and soft and crispy on the outside.

The pizza is decent for the area and the tiramisu is excellent, but neither are worth the crappy service you get from this place. We used to order for delivery and pick up all the time, but won't be going back after our last experience. The service was iffy a couple times but not bad enough to drive us away, until last night.

We ordered online, because the menu encourages you to do so and we had a coupon for free delivery but there was no where on the site to enter our coupon. We called and asked for the coupon to be applied to our order and were told that they could not do that because the online ordering service was a third-party and they had no control over it.

We also really love Parmesan cheese on our pizza and they only have those tiny little packets so we asked for a lot of them. When we called and were told we couldn't get free delivery, even though we had a valid coupon, we also verified that they received our request for 10 packets of Parmesan cheese with our Large pizza. The girl handling the orders said, yes it was noted on the order.

When the delivery person came, he only had 5 packets of Parmesan, even though it clearly stated on the order receipt a note to bring 10 of them. He apologized and said he would bring them back. After he left, we noticed we did not receive one of their loyalty cards for ordering a large pizza (but 10 large pizzas, get one free).

We called Armand's and asked to talk to a Manager about the series of disappointing events. He informed us that they were out of loyalty cards, that's why we didn't get one. When we asked if they would make a note in the computer that they owed us one, he said he couldn't do that, even though they had done it previously when they forgot to give us one in the past. When we asked about the Parmesan cheese, he told us that the girl working the orders was new and she never should have said it was ok for us to have 10 packets. The manager told her to only give us 5. However, they didn't call us to tell us that if we wanted more we would have to pay for them, which we would have done. They just didn't say anything.

Is it really too much to ask that if they give us a coupon, we expect to be able to use it and if we ask for something to be included in our order and they confirm that it will be, that we expect it to be a part of the order?? I don't think so. Horribly handled by a Manager that clearly knows nothing about retaining loyal customers, or managing a business. This is why we won't be ordering again, despite the...
