BoJono's Express — Restaurant in Lake View Township

They need to update their online menu or take down online ordering if the menu is not accurate. I ordered the stuffed pizza online and had an estimated pick up time of half hour. 15 minutes after I ordered I received a call that they don't sell the stuffed pizza. That is not timely. Then when I picked up the pizza I asked for the total to be changed since the stuffed pizza was more expensive than the thin pizza. The worker did not want to change the price and argued with me. It was only maybe a two dollar difference but it should not have been an issue to change the total, especially since I was inconvenienced by waiting longer because they are advertising items they don't have. The worker told us not to be cheap and threw $3 at us. This makes me never want to come back. I just moved to this area and literally live 2 minutes away and would have frequented this...

The taste of the pizza is OK but it's the thinness of the pizza that is the issue. I couldn't even pick up the slice without the end of it flopping down. I was able to roll up the slice so that it resembled a taquito that you get from a gas station. I can't imagine that this is the result of anything other than a cheap person who doesn't care about their product, just their bottom line. There's no way whoever made this pizza is proud of it. The basic ingredients that go into making pizza are the cheapest out of anything else, especially when it comes to the dough. It would cost roughly a penny to increase the thickness of the dough of the pizza. Been coming here occasionally over past 10-15yrs the food is OK to good. I stick to pizza or wings and pop in for take out when looking for quick meal close to home. Service has never been great but my prior 2 visits were quite bad. I had not been back for last 8 months. I gave another chance tonight bc i could order on line and get a discount. Well i ordered online on walk over. Was promptly and pleasantly greeted by Maria. She found my online order but initially did not give ,promised discount. When. I asked she said discount didn't go thru but i can do that right here. And with a smile i paid and a mere few minutes went by and my pizza slices were ready. Efficient, friendly accommodating service that complemented the food rather than detracting from it. ...
