I have no patience to write an extended review. The male front register worker doesn’t speak good English and he messed up my order. He was rushing me on the phone acting as if he knew what I wanted. He didn’t. Full English speaking people should be handing the front store duties. Sorry. I frikin love their food!!! I eat prob every week here and the communication situation here suxxxxxxx. I’ve eaten my food every time even when they get it wrong but today was special. ON TOP OF ALL THIS while waiting for my food, I refused to just sit and wait, instead I watched them making the food in the back kitchen through a hole and one of the cooks dropped a piece of tofu (prob mine) on the floor and he picked it right up and put it back into they tray of cleaned tofu. Mannnnnn did I raise a storm. I hope the owner will watch and listen through their internal cameras. I made them redo it. I haaaattttteeeeee being like this in restaurants because I did work as a line cook for two years and a restaurant manager at Jimmy John’s. I know i was the nightmare customer today but it had to happen because im sure im not the only one that’s had problems here. Something should be said and done about it.

The guy told me that Mongolian sauce can’t be mixed with fried rice. Fine bro. Use ENGLISH and tell me that it needs to be put on the side instead. He couldn’t do that. Instead he made me vegetables with Mongolian. That’s why he needed to redo my order. ENGLISH is important....

May 30, 2022:. Without options I ordered again - vegetable Egg rolls and Foo Young. Not very good, the sauce was way too sweet, pastry on egg rolls was too tough and thick, and ingredients were packed too tightly to insure proper cooking.

Nothing wrong with intake service, but delivery man was really down and out as he walked up a flight of stairs, as was a former Tortorice's delivery woman recently.

However, in his case I wanted to give him a better life, and I tipped both as expected at 20% on gross price (SOTA). Thanks folks and God bless you.

April 26, 2022:. Looks like a change in personnel if you read old reviews. However, don't read old reviews. Get out of your comfort-zone and head for the supermarket. Buy what you like without regrets.

Oh, the frickin weather made me do it again. One more time to know more about the food service.

However this evening I ordered and enjoyed a small (2 pcs.) order of vegetable Egg Foo Young and a Strawberry Smoothie, totaling the food and a $3.00 delivery for $14.55 ( a convenience fee of $0.49 and a tip of $3.00) for a grand total of$17.55.

This is a two-meal deal for me.

I am satisfied and it didn't hurt my pocket book. Will be back at least for the delicious Smoothie, if not the delicately prepared egg foo young. Loved it!

This is way below what I am paying to eat at Tortorice's.

The menu hasn't changed since at...

I ordered from here about a month ago, unfortunately after placing the order I realized I only had a $100.00 bill. The delivery driver, instead of going back to the restaurant (which was 2.5 mi, 10 minutes or under from my place) and getting change or trying to help figure out a way for me to receive the correct amount of change he took my $100, handed me back $23, told me he had no more chage and left. Keep in mind my total was only $30. He gave himself nearly a $50 dollar tip (forgive me if my math is incorrect).

Also, I get it, I should not expect all diverlery drivers to walk around with that amount of change but considering that he worked for the restaurant he could have kept the food, got the change and come back...I would rather wait until he makes his other deliveries and have cold food than pay $77 for $30 worth of subpar orange chicken.

I followed up with the restaurant, they told me they would speak to the driver and follow up with me about my refund and guess what?....I never heard from them again.

I would not recommended this place at all based on that AND to be honest the food...
