KFC — Restaurant in Lake View Township

HORRIBLE OLD STALE DRY CHICKEN AND BISCUITS. Order through uber eats and uber eats only refunded me $5.00 and I paid $25.90 So I went into the restaurant and Virginia gave me a hard time stating I should have went through uber for a refund and spoke nasty to me. I told her I tried and was only given $5 bucks back I even tried to show her on my phone but she refused to listen or look. Than she said We're not able to give you your money back. And I said I didnt want my money back I wanted my meal replaced with better quality of food. And since she was being so nasty and rude I went on to say since your being rude I must record this and she said since your recording I won't help you and walked off and decided not to help me any further. And as I'm talking on the phone filing a complaint Elizabeth told me I shouldnt even still be in the store. Im like wow why cant I be in the store? They didn't care to look at the food or anything. I feel its because Im a black women I was treated this way by hispanic women. I even have video footage of them allowing a Arabic older women back there with them, ignoring me and packing her bags of food up and allowing her to touch breathe over and select the food she wants. She didnt pay and walked out. I will never go back to this KFC again. Horrible...

The other reviews are spot on, avoid this place at all costs. I ordered a three piece meal (2 thighs and a leg) and a single wing through the kiosk, 4 pieces in total, simple right? Not so fast, after I had paid at the kiosk the woman at the counter called me up and informed me that I could have a leg, a thigh, and a wing. After me explaining to her for two minutes that I paid for 4 pieces not 3 and going nowhere, I asked for a refund. Not happening since I paid through the machine I was told. Well this is fun I thought, after me listening to her go in circles for a few minutes about how their order has not arrived, they are out of thighs, etc. I had mentally given up on my dream of the 2nd thigh I paid for. Only then was I finally given two options, wait 20 minutes for a thigh or take 1 thigh, 1 leg, and 2 wings, since she has a wing available. If only we would have just started there. I get it, things happen, and I do not have high expectations for KFC, but my goodness - this lady was going out of her way to be rude to me. Choose happiness, go to Jakes or Harolds or somewhere else nearby when the mood strikes for fast...

Oh my goodness! Absolutely the worse chicken I've ever had. I had a strong taste for KFC 🍗 So I caught the bus from Hollywood/Sheridan down to Lawrence to the KFC at 4804 N Sheridan.

I brought a 4pc meal wasted $13.28 on garbage that never should've been sold. It tasted like it was two days old, dried it was so greasy like it was re-dipped in the oil, if only I had of read the reviews like I usually do, before I patronize a business for the first time. I would've known and been spared the trip there and back in this cold messy weather today. It's a shame that the customer service is so bad, as to sell such trash to customers. Even the biscuit was dry. I'll never patronize that KFC 🍗 ever again. I just saved them the chore of throwing that stale food away, which they should've done before me having to pay for it. You should be ashamed of yourself and pay for everyone's lost of money from buying from you 💯
