We've ordered from here a ton in the past. Both delivery and pickup. We usually use the app cuz reward points are pretty nice. We have never once had a problem.
For delivery they were almost always early and never late. At worst the pizza came on time. The pizzas always came as ordered. Never had a wrong order really. I think one time maybe they forgot the extra peperoncini... maybe? And I'm talking out of 50+ orders over the course of years. So definitely not a big deal. Pretty sure we didn't even bother calling to let them know.
The drivers have always been friendly and professional. Pizza has always come hot.
For pick up we've never once had a rude person. They've always been nice. And the pizza is always done super fast. We've never had to wait for it.
But today I looked up the number to call just cuz I had something weird with my order on the app and I wanted to confirm it. I was astounded to see so many negative reviews! The lady who answered was plenty nice and even guessed that I was calling to make sure they put no bacon on my boyfriend's BBQ Chicken and Bacon pizza before I could say it lol.
So I decided to wait and see how today's order went because we've been strapped for cash lately and haven't ordered in a while. If it went well I'd leave 5 stars and explain all the good things. If it went poorly we would see if next time was bad and then leave a less good review.
Driver came within the allotted time. Driver was nice. Person on the phone was nice. Pizza was perfect, hot, and delicious. Couldn't ask for better! So here's my 5 star review saying...
Read moreSo I order one XL pizza for my work @ 3:28pm after waiting about 55 mins I ended calling again to find out what is going on with our order. So the guy supposedly manager JOSH said oh the car broke down but he will be there shortly. So I asked him if he wouldn't show up in next 5 mins, it will be an hour late then I want my money back with pizza I ordered. He said the policy is if the pizza come late an hour and 15 mins then you can call us back to discuss the credit. When I asked him can I talk to the owner or at-least give me his name so then I was told it is a corporate location. I called the store after 1:20 mins from the time I placed the order the manager said oh I canceled the order since you called me A-hole over the phone. I was literally shocked to hear that I have never cursed at him and he started with all the excuses in the world to make it look like the delivery got late because me. long story short he said I will getting the pizza shortly AGAIN. 20 mins later no show up, I called again and said I made the big mistake and I am sorry that I placed the order with you. Kindly canceled the order so I could go somewhere and get something to eat.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.

Read moreWhat a terrible delivery service- do not use it. Order a pizza. Delivery tracker says it is delivered, but in reality it is not. Trying to navigate website -cannot find a local store where order is delivered from (part of that is that after some time- tracker timed-out and my original order is refreshed to the main menu. Finally was able to find a store on google maps- calling them didnt do much- they apparently do not go by order #. Had to find my order by name. Then the person just hangs up the phone without giving me any info. Ultimately, was not able to get an answer so had to go through a credit card company to cancel my order. Good times - 1/10.
Update: the response below is a lie - i called corporate customer service where they noted the complaint right away. The representative told me they will be in touch with me within a day on a phone (which is the method of communication I put down as preferred). And as the story above- of course, I did not receive a call from them, lol.
