So I went in for the Monday special where any order of a whole chicken gets you an additional half. I think there was some miscommunication on my order as I only really wanted to the chicken and not the combo, but it wasn't a big deal.

I could not BELIEVE how much food I got, this could feed a family of 5-6 easily. The chicken was incredible and the sides of rice and beans were on point. And a stack, thats right a stack of tortillas I didn't even realize would be included and the sheer amount of chicken was insane. While I did not want the combo I am not going to complain about it now.

As a longtime fan of the 18th Street location, I was overjoyed to learn that they were opening a location closer to my house.

Pollo Express does not disappoint. It’s family owned and operated, and I assure you that will not go unnoticed when you enter the restaurant. The friendly staff, the clean establishment, the freshness and quality of the food, all Hallmark’s have a well run family establishment. Pride. And the should be proud. ♥️
