Food is pretty solid, however, on several occasions I've found the service (specifically the friendliness of staff) to be some of the worst in the area. When I go in, the middle aged female servers are often aloof, offering no pleasantries (e.g. when my takeout order is ready, it gets sat in front of me and they walk away without saying a word - similar to when I enter the restaurant). I often go in alone and get takeout, so perhaps they do not see me as the right demographic to extend niceties to? In addition, I paid $10 ($7.90 plus $2 tip) for a 10oz portion of soup that came with two packets of oyster crackers - terrible value for an establishment that offers poor customer service and 7/10 food.

This place is amazing!! We sat on the outdoor patio and got a mushroom and pepperoni pizza, broccoli salad with garlic dressing, and fried shrimp along with a dirty martini, old fashioned, margarita, and strawberry daiquiri. Magnificent! The best part was our super awesome waiter, Robin, who expertly discussed the menu, the broad premium alcohol selection, and gave us great food recommendations. We didn’t have our doggo this time but we did find out they are super dog friendly!! Thanks, Robin, for the amazing service and thank you to the kitchen staff for the amazing food. That was the best thin crust pizza I’ve had in a while ***chef’s kiss*** we’ll be back soon!!

Tucked away from busy Clark Street in Andersonville, this is an excellent place for casual dining. Cocktails and beers are affordable and food is quite good. Outdoor space is fun and service is also excellent. Every neighborhood needs a go-to pizza/pasta joint like this one. Follow up: it is heartbreaking when your regular go-to place for the past 10 years does you wrong. All went wrong during the latest visit from service to quality of food. Adding to the injury was being charged for wrong item and paying more for the experience. Perhaps it is time to look for a new go-to…

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but the customer service at Ranalli’s has really been poor the last few times I’ve ordered from them.

Tonight I placed an order through the Toast app. When I arrived to the restaurant, one of the workers informed me that the app was down and they likely didn’t receive my order. Instead of helping me figure this out, she moved on to the next customer to begin taking their order as if she were done with me. I then asked another worker if he could help me. He said the same as the woman. When I pointed out I was still charged for the order, he said “Well that’s a Toast issue, you should have called us directly.” I told him I actually tried that originally but their phones aren’t working. To which he shrugged and said “Well, yeah, our internet is out.” At no point was an offer to take a new order from me made, no offer to help me get in touch with Toast, etc. Nothing except an attitude from them as if it was my fault for not knowing their ordering systems weren’t working.

During another recent order, I used a deliver service app, leaving clear instructions on how to contact me when the driver arrives to my apartment. After a half hour beyond my delivery window, I call the restaurant and was told “It should be any minute now.” Another 20 minutes go by - the order was returned to Ranalli’s because the driver failed to read the instructions on the order. The same worker told me “Yeah, that happens all the time. We’ll send it out again.” I asked if she could please tell the driver to read the instructions, and she said she would. Well, once again, significant time passes and no order arrives. I call again - the driver had taken the order to the wrong address. The worker at a Ranalli’s solution? To send the driver to that address and get my pizza back from them. They wanted to deliver cold pizza that someone else has touched as a solution to this issue.

I’m really bummed because Ranalli’s was my favorite pizza spot in Andersonville. But due to their poor service, they’ve lost a...

First let me state that I do not suggest using Uber Eats. Uber Easts was terrible, but Ranalli's made it right. Just call them directly, the delivery charge is not much more and you'll be certain that is gets delivered.

We waited over an hour for Uber Eats to deliver our food. The time kept getting pushed back. We got a call and it turns out the driver accepted the rider/order on the app, but decided no to actually physically do that job. Because of what I think is a big flaw in the Uber Eats system, Ranalli's was not able to cancel that driver and request a new one. So our food was just sitting there with no driver.

We called the restaurant directly to see if we could place a new order and get a new driver. Turns out they do delivery themselves (didn't know or we would have probably gone this route first) and they sent it out with one of their delivery drivers. We're pretty sure they even remade the meal because when it was delivered it was hot and so good! (Get the lasagna and the ravioli, no regrets!)

They were so helpful even though we were hangry and upset at the process. We'll definitely be ordering from them again, but we'll forgo Uber Eats next time and go right to the source. Thank you...

DESPITE BEING ADVERTISED AS SUCH, THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT SAFE FOR THOSE WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. I ordered takeout/delivery from this restaurant and specifically ordered from the gluten-free menu because I have a severe gluten allergy. Not even five minutes after I begin eating at home, I became violently ill from being glutened. I checked the receipt and I was charged the higher fees for the gluten-free items.

However, when I called the restaurant to complain, They confirmed that even though they had INDEED charged me the HIGHWR price for the gluten-free items - when they looked in their system it was marked regular not gluten free so they had CHARGED me for gluten free but sent me regular food NOT gluten free. They also refused to take responsibility for the error.

I will not be ordering here again and I do not recommend ordering here if you have any severe food allergies. As precautions clearly are not taken and DESPITE PAYING MORE for allergen safe food, they cannot promise that you will receive what you ordered.

This is an EXTREMELY dangerous error to make and to then refuse to take responsibility is...
