Sarpino's Pizzeria Chicago - Lincoln Park — Restaurant in Lake View Township

So I'd say it's closer to a 4.25 but that's not an option. Keeping in mind this is technically still not a "fine dining" type of deal, the reason for the rating is that the quality is higher than your standard Domino's, Pizza Hut or Little Cesar's. The price point is actually a bit better because of the delivery being free.

Probably the biggest draw is the delivery time. In the late hours you can typically get only Sarpinos or Chicago's Pizza to deliver late and I prefer Sarpinos for of it's pasta and pizza because you will get it faster and the price is far more economical!

What really restricts on not getting the 5 is that sometimes instructions such as calling instead of ringing can happen and their promos do change from restaurant to restaurant so that can be irritating a bit if you have to order from one location over another.

Overall I actually like ordering from Sarpinos and while it's not an "Art of Pizza" your coming off with a far superior price point with something that doesn't taste overly soft and chewy on the dough or lack of toppings and that is a very welcome experience given the...

Over and over again I keep giving these guys a chance to redeem themselves and again and again I am DISAPPOINTED!!! This place is probably one of the worst staffed restaurants around. There is never a manager to speak with at night and the people who answer the phones are rude and not very knowledgeable of the menu. I've also have called a restaurant where they do not answer their phone no matter what time of night you call. Tonight for example I have dialed their number 4 times and not one time did they answer. I also have never ordered from a restaurant where my food never was delivered until I ordered from here. I don't know who owns this restaurant but they need to understand the people in charge are hurting their business by not caring about the business. I was told that I would receive my food within 45 minutes by a man who took my order quickly and without care. I called back after an hour had past to ask about the where my delivery was. He said it would be another 10 minutes and I inquired what the hold up was. He responded without consideration, "do you want your order canceled?" I said, " no we are just hungry and wondering when our food would arrive?" He said, "10 more minutes" and then he hung up. 15 minutes later we received our order. After tipping the delivery man I shared that the man on the phone was quite rude and inconsiderate. He said that it was the manager taking the phone calls.
