Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Worth Beach

This Starbucks has a lot of space to sit and work or chill with friends. The baristas definitely know how to do their jobs quickly and deliver the same quality you expect from all Starbucks locations. And just like all other locations, the people who work there are humans who make mistakes like we all do from time to time. I will admit that I have had a couple of bad experiences here - and I've only been here twice - but the difference between this and other "off" customer service experiences I've had is that the person I complained about later came out to the where I was sitting and apologized. It wasn't the perfect apology - she claimed she didn't know why I had complained. Can you really expect younger folks to understand the type of customer service and respect we GenXers were trained to provide to our Boomer and Silent Generation elders? But she really did try, and this was after the staff was berated by a woman who was upset one of them asked her if she "wanted her change back", fishing for a tip rather than just giving her change back to her. Look, these folks get abuse from the general public way too often, so the fact that they can smile while they serve is commendable. They deserve better from us as we expect better from them. This place Is horrible. Everything is overpriced the drinks,the food, everything is way more expensive than necessary. Also, they steal your money I got a cool lime refresher for 3.65 I payed with a 20 I should have got 16.35 back but I only got 11.25 back. Also, the drinks was small and bitter the lemons looked extremely old.I did not realize they have me the wrong amount of money until I went to another store very far away that the have me the wrong amount The cashier or barista's name was Marcus he was brown and had short hair. Walked in there before leaving Lake Worth, always like to grab a beverage and a snack, after checking on my tenants in town, I don't live in Lake Worth, this time, for the 1st time, the cashier tells me I have to purchase something before getting the code to the bathroom, and I understand it's policy(but it wasn't) but it's an unwelcoming policy change, they have asked if im purchasing something, i said yes, but this feels like " SHOW ME YOUR MONEY LOL " I still will buy there, but the employee looks uncomfortable, And if you have something against non buyers, the review is the price you pay for making legitimate customers go through hoops, again, i was ok with the question before, Not this though, I'm still going in the drive thorough after writing this very review, and giving 2 stars( not just 1)due to the employee not having anything to...
