My oldest granddaughter who just turned 4 years old had her party at the Lake Worth location on November 13th. When we arrived the staff did not know that there was a scheduled party. Then, there were puddles all over the game room. My granddaughter fell and hit her head hard. She was soaking wet from the puddles on the floor. I immediately informed management of the spills in the game room and of my granddaughter's fall. There was no apology, no urgency to get the spills cleaned up. Then, there was a mother and her children in the game room (who had been the only ones there so had to be responsible for the spills) and they laughed when my granddaughter fell. I confronted her asking why it was funny. She did not speak English and had her daughter translating for her. They had nothing to say so I walked away. Then that customer approached my daughter in a confrontational manner. My daughter does not speak English. I told her to go away. She went to the manager and at that time the manager decided to show concern and approached our party. It seemed he was taking her side and showing customer service to her solely because they were both Spanish speakers. My family and I will NEVER visit a Cici's location again. Read moreIf I could give 10 Stars I would. The service here exceeded my expectations by far thanks to the staff member named Peter. This is not to say that the other staff was not helpful in which they were but Peter really made my experience wonderful and I will be back when Peter is working I'll call ahead of time to make sure he's there. The service I received today you would expect to come from a high-end restaurant Peter took care of my every need my table was never full of plates he refilled my drink this guy is great he went above and beyond while the other staff was there making sure the buffet was full and the facility was clean. This place was cleaner than any Applebee's, Chili's or even Rudy's bbq. The entire time I was there it was somewhat crowded but the buffet stayed full and the table stayed clean. The staff was super friendly Peter had a wonderful personality he was one of the people that was not afraid to talk to someone which you don't find nowadays. If I had a restaurant I wwoul try my best to take Peter from Little Cici's, sorry to say but I would, he is what every franchise restaurant needs. My biggest issue however was the fact this one guy kept coming over to me and my friends table while we were clearly trying to eat and relax after a difficult day, first conversation was about corny joke which was just fine, but then after awhile the conversations kept adding up Everytime he passed by, the constant talk about religion and trauma dumping was where it crossed the line, if you have a employee that has serious issues to the point where he's trying to pressure consumers about religion and personal issues then something needs to be done. And reading previous reviews, the fact he trauma dumped on a 14 year old boy with his father present is just a low blow...not sure if I'd come back to...
