Never purchase anything online from this location. They are completely useless. I placed an order last week and the delivery date was supposed to be on November 6th. I received an email on November 4th saying that it had been shipped out that day and on Saturday whenever I checked the status of my order it said that it was out for delivery but never received. I contacted the shipping company to see what happened and they told me that they never received my order so there was no way possible that the item was out for delivery. Therefore, I spoke with a live agent that same day and they assured me that I would receive my item today and now all of a sudden as of today my order is delayed because they don't have it in the store. I ordered the iPad for work because the company's software only works with the Apple iPad. I have had to push back my deadline twice because I still haven't received it and now I can't push it back anymore. I used a leasing company to purchase the iPad in the event that I won't need it long term. Now Best Buy is telling me that the only options I have are to wait until it's in the store but it will be well past my deadline then or offer a refund which doesn't work because I used a leasing company and have already spent the amount of my approval for the item and would still have to make payments on it. Best Buy could have at least offered to send me a different iPad than the one that I ordered because they are at fault for this but instead those are the only two useless options that they gave me in my current situation because now I am screwed either way it goes whether it's no iPad by the end of the week or continue to make payments on an item that I don't have. They could have also given me a store credit or gift card to go shopping at a different location for an iPad. This was literally the worst...

I’m leaving this review to let BestBuy know how disappointed their most loyal customers are. After being an Elite Plus member in their loyalty program for several years, they decided to end the entire program and wipe away most of the benefits with as little as 5 weeks of notice. This is a program that takes most people the better part of a year to qualify for status, and it’s all being taken away with nothing in return. To get the same benefits, they want you to sign up for a Best Buy credit card and their total tech program, which is an extra $200 per year. For anyone who needs guidance, the Amazon credit card offers the same value as BestBuy, but you also get a ton of other included benefits, that BestBuy is taking away from you.
Going forward, there’s not really a need to continue to shop at BestBuy, other than to use their store as a demo for electronics I’m interested in. Read morePurchased a Samsung 75 inch TV with a free Samsung sound bar. I had a neighbor come set it up as I am disabled. Neighbor used to deliver and set up electronics at a place other than Best Buy. The Sound bar was NOT compatible with the TV and couldn't be installed. TV kept freezing up and shutting off and restarting. I called customer service and asked them to exchange the TV and sound bar. They told me I had to pay $250 for them to unplug the old TV and plug in the new one. No exceptions. Store manager at this Lake Worth Texas. Best Buy on Quebec st. Told me flat out that Best Buy made a mistake pairing the sound bar with that TV but that they wouldn't make.any concessions at all.
Customer service was a nightmare in itself. I couldnt understand most of what they said since English wasn't their first language. Customer service manager told me they couldnt schedule a pick up and return for me because their system was down. She said she'd call me back the next day and of course didn't. The problem seemed to be that they wanted to charge me $250.00 to unplug two wires on the old broken TV and plug in those same two wires on a new TV.
The store manager admitted that their corporate offices made a huge mistake in offering an incompatible sound bar to that certain TV and still wouldn't make any consessions whatsoever to help.
Horrible customer service. Horrible planning. Total ignorance in customer service. (Because of Best Buy policy)
