In all honest I wish I could just leave a half of a Star, My friends and family go out to eat often and this is one on the places we go some time it take 10 min to get our order taken and to have our food and be on our way, But too often are we meet with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism, i worked 12 hour days sometimes and when i get home its almost midnight, normally we stop and get out food go home and eat, with it being midnight there are not many options out there as of fast food, where i live is McDonalds, Taco Bell, or Jack in the Box. On a certain occasion my friend and i went to go get us some food for her and her family, we get to Jack in the Box and theres a line, and just for one person to have their order taken was about 20 min and there were 3 people in front of us.
when we reached the window, i waited 15 min before someone came on the loud speaker to take my order. when they finally cam on i had to repeat my self many times. (mind i was already annoyed with the wait and having to repeat myself just made it worse) When the lady taking my order asked me for the 4th time to speak louder in a very rude way i yelled and the manager came on the speaker and asked me to repeat my self two more times. after they finally got my order and asked me to pull forwards i had to wait an excessive amount of time just to get to the window and pay for our food.
when we got to the window the the lady made us wait even longer before she gave us our food. When the lady was giving us our drinks and meals she was very rude. when we got out food it was cold. not wanting to deal with them any longer we left and went to get food from Taco Bell.
AND IT ONLY TOOK 10 MIN TO ORDER FOOD FOR 5 PEOPLE AND WHEN I GOT IT WAS HOT WHICH ALL FAST FOOD PLACES SHOULD AIM FOR!!!! THATS THE POINT TO GET YOUR FOOD FAST!!! NOT WAIT OVER AN HOUR JUST TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE AND GET...
Read moreI have given this place many chances. I have run into many occasions where they have gotten my order wrong, been rude, and made me wait an unbelievable amount of time just for a meal. On one occasion, I was there with my boyfriend and I ordered a supreme croissant meal. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to actually take my order in the drive thru, I asked for them to replace the hash brown that comes with my breakfast meal, with curly fries. I finished ordering for my boyfriend, and reminded him again that my meal needed fries, not a hasbrown. I pull up to the window and he repeats my order and I again remind him for the third time that I wanted curly fries instead of a hasbrown. (I need my curly fries man! lol) I pay for my food and check the bag. Inside.. was a hashbrown. I walk in and the manager was standing at the counter on her phone texting. I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me. She finished what she was doing on her phone, looked at me and then walked away! This made me angry. A man came up to the counter and i told him that I had requested fries three times but i still received a hasbrown. not to mention i payed extra for fries and i wanted them. They then told me that if i wanted fries that i had to buy more. EXCUSE ME? I should already have fries that I paid for in the first place. Im not paying for YOUR mistake. This place is a joke, and even after this incident i continued to give them two more chances and they are just horrible....
Read moreLet’s start off with as soon as I drove up, the jack in the box employee was sitting in their car on their phone and ran inside as soon as they saw me. Oh that actually wasn’t the first time they’ve done that by the way. I sent a mobile order in, money was taken out of my bank account, then I pull up and they tell me through the speaker that their system is down at the same time every day to update and won’t be able to do any orders. I let them know the money was taken out of my account already so I pulled up to the window to show them. The woman tells me there’s nothing on her screen, I asked how would I got about for a refund or the general manager of the store number so I could contact them. The woman says she is in fact the manager for the night shift, and that she is not going to give me anyone’s number. I asked for her name, because she had no name tag on. I thought that it was strange to be a manager and not have any type of identification, she stated that they’re not required to. She said she wouldn’t be giving me any food or money (which I hadn’t asked for) and then closed the window on me. Never have I experience such unprofessionalism at this location. I’ve been a food blogger and apart of Local Influencers for years, this particular moment I experienced tonight left more than a bad taste...
