The food is good for fast food. My order is rarely wrong.Over all good place to eat. I would love to comment on the manager, Tim, however. I was just in the restaurant eating lunch when a door-dash driver came in for an order. It was an older gentleman with little patience and was irritated that his order wasn’t already waiting on him. Mind you, the restaurant wasn’t over crowded but there were quite a few customers in store so everyone had to wait a little bit on their food. You would think that is better because then at least it’s fresh- which you can’t say for a lot of fast food. He immediately started getting mad at Tim and demanding his order be made, to which Tim calmly explained to him that the order wasn’t on his end of the screen yet and he was not able to make that order until it appeared. He apologized to the man and tried to very clearly state to the man the process and easy the tension. The man did not want to listen and continued to be rude and make snarky comments to this manager. Once the order came through, it was out in what seemed to be record time. Not only that, but Tim managed to keep a smile on his face the entire time, talk calmly, and even told the man to have a nice day in a way that didn’t sound sarcastic in the slightest and was actually very genuine. The man then told the manager that he was a “piss poor” manager along with some other rude commentary, then leaned over the counter and was swinging his arm in Tim’s face. When Tim asked if the man could remain on his side of the counter. The man replied “Go to hell.” and then left. When I left, the man with door-dash was still in the parking lot complaining about the manager to what I assume was either door-dash or a higher up and Taco Bueno. I just wanted to say that I witnessed the interaction and Tim handled it better than I could’ve ever imagined. We need more people like him and less like the sorry man he had to...
Read moreThis place holds the distinction of providing me the worst customer service in a fast food establishment that I have experienced in a long time. Patty, the semi retarded trash changer, refused to take my order as she flirted with two gentlemen of the extreme rapey variety, after I was prompted by another employee to tell her that it was her responsibility to take my order. I'm not sure what's going on at this restaurant, but they're certainly not hiring top shelf people. Also, somebody needs to tell Patty that she is far too unattractive physically to be a c*^t. Everybody needs to have at least one redeeming quality about them in order to get through life. Patty is merely a symptom of the larger problem. I give her entirely too much credit by referring to her as an actual person. She needs be taken out of any customer service position, or if no other position in the back of the house exists, she needs to be sent back to her trailer, as she undoubtedly lives in one, judging by her behavior. Read moreToo bad I can't give them zero stars. A cockroach crawled across the wall where we were sitting. I told the staff and they said nothing. I asked for a manager and she never came out. I went up to the front counter and asked for the manager again. The lady went back and I could hear them giggling (obviously thinking it was funny} I asked the manager why she hadn't come out and she said she was too busy and short handed. I didn't want anything I just wanted someone to act like they gave a care. Never will I go back, If there are cockroaches in the dining area what does it look like in the kitchen area? I then complained to their customer service site. I was told they would send someone out to fix the cockroach problem. Obviously not understanding the manager has no idea of what customer service is.
