Coupon: $5 Gioninos Bread

Arrived to pickup my Small Pizza, Gioninos Bread, and Salad.

Forgot my phone at home. They asked for the coupon. Well. Yeah...

Me, I'd have said all good we'll still honor it. But, nope! Made a stink about it. I said whatever, charge me the full price.

Called back the next day (just now) and talked to a manager and said to him we can make it right, add a coupon or credit to my account and I'll be back or I'll take my business elsewhere.

Was told I can take my business elsewhere.

As a side note, the girl who usually is at the desk has ALWAYS had a foul attitude, never smiles and definitely seems to have no concept of customer service or hospitality.

New (?) girl was also working and followed suit. So rude.

Fix it. Not saying the customer is always right but c'mon now losing a customer or providing a less than satisfying experience is bad business.

Food was good though.

I'd take a small order of Jojos or a small tossed salad with cheese as a token of appreciation (coupon'd off) and I'll delete / edit this negative...

The food is always great, but the customer service sucks!! Always feel like I've done something wrong when I come in with my coupons!! Instead hello how are you..its do you have your coupon!! Like I'm lying about the coupon I have!! Then they scan over it with a fine tooth comb!! When I called to tell the MGR how unprofessional it is..he made me feel like I was the jerk for even calling in!! I have been going to that Gionino's for 7 years now, and wont be going back!! I think It would be a good idea to appreciate the people that come in, and help to keep you in business instead of treating them like they have done something wrong be bringing in...

I'm truly upset with the menu online. Everytime I order from here I read one price online and end up paying more when I come pick up. I feel like this is an issue that should be dealt with. Please change the online menu prices to reflect the real prices. Had I known the salads were 3 dollars more then the menu price I looked at I could have gotten the deal two salads an a pizza bowl. Anytime the price is 10 dollars more when you show up it's considered a scam. I been coming to this pizzaria for many years, but I m afraid tonight was my last time due to the price discrepancy.
