Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Lakeville

This is just kind of a hidden gem in lakeville, mainly because it's a little tricky to get to but regardless of that, it's still definitely a prize destination. If you want good food, good service, friendly people and a nice dining environment. Not only that, there's ice cream, yep, ice cream. We got there at around lunch lunchtime on a weekday and were greeted right away. Our order was taken We were able to sit down and they came and took the food out. Jill was the person that helped us shout out to jail. She really knows people she really knows customers. She took care at the time to be present. Take our order and really understand what our needs were as a family And let me tell you we had a lot of needs. We got a two-year-old and a four-year-old, so definitely she understood that, you know what guys, you might get messy. And they didn't have a problem with that. We were able to take our kids there, and I think for sure, we're going to take our kids there again because they're so friendly friendly. Very family friendly. I came to pick up a dash order that wasn’t even made. Employees were avoiding to talk to me, I overheard one of them say they didn’t even know there was a DoorDash order. I tried on more than one occasion try to speak someone and ask them about an order. There was a little girl handling the drive thru with an attitude. No one was making eye contact with me despite waiting for my DoorDash order. As soon as another customer came in someone rushed to help them and I stood there wondering why can’t anyone speak to me at least. It was so awkward, felt like they were being racist and not wanna converse. I didn’t wanna be there either but I was there to pick the order for my DoorDash. The clock kept on ticking until finally I got someone to speak to me. Their attitude was snotty and irritated. Didn’t like the vibes, I would NEVER pick up an order from that location and I let DoorDash know too why I was there 10 minutes with no order picked up!!

The place was dirty too, the counter had grease and ice cream all over. Disgusting environment + employee...

I alway go through the drive through because its the closest place I can go to that I actually "like" since I'm not big on other places. Their food is okay, but honestly should be made better compared to the price. Seems like they don't even try. I've had so much better at the one in Farmington. If I had the extra time for lunch I'd drive 30 minutes and get Dairy Queen in Farmington over a minute to the one in Lakeville.

Their soda is weak. Honestly the coke tastes watered down all the time and tastes like a knock off. If you're gonna take my money at least make it worth it!

And another thing is you always have to ask for ketchup. Dude even when I ask for ketchup they STILL don't. I went inside to confront them and the lady just hands me one packet.

This place is run down and either needs a new manager or new employees. I would not recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra few minutes for a better place especially when they don't give you your...
