Too bad that I could not select NO STARS or have a MINUS option. We were there on Friday evening March 17, 2017. Took 4 minutes to be greeted and the sign said wait to be seated. They were not busy, only 6 tables had guest and all had their orders. We were seated, was another 20 minutes to get the order. But first the server comes to the table to take the order and does not have a pen. That is lack of training, all servers keep a pen on them. Had zero customer service skills. Used the restroom and informed the staff there was no towels in the restroom. During the time of being there the staff was notified 2 more times. An hour later no towels. Staff does not care and probably does not wash their hands when using the restroom.
The Garlic Cheese bread came, it was good. The pizza came and it was horrible. Lacked sauce, lacked cheese. They charge for extra cheese. It was hard and tasted like eating cardboard. Not the normal Pizza Hut pizza that I remember. Server never returned. I tried to flag down the other server walking by within 2 feet of the table by raising my hand and saying Miss, Miss, Miss, each time louder and she kept walking. Finally our server came back and we asked for more pop. Sure be right back with them. She went in the back and was screwing around with the other staff doing nothing.
Finally after another 20 minutes I got up to use the restroom and had to come out and use towels in the restaurant to dry my hands and there was the check waiting for me. Still no pop and server not in sight. Entered the amount for the card and left. Knowing I will never return to this Pizza Hut, but rather I will continue to support the Pizza Ranch across the street. There you get pizza with flavor, they have employees trained with customer service. The owner of this Pizza Hut really needs to do training of team members and also to find out why they are burning all of their pizza's and why they lack sauce, and flavor.

Read moreHonestly the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut, at this location. We ordered a pizza, wings and pasta. We got to the store, confirmed the order and left. When we were halfway home the worker called and said the pizza we got was wrong, he said instead of pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño, they gave us just pepperoni. We said it’s fine, we didn’t have time to drive back . He told us he would give us a credit for the mixup.
We got home, opened our food and realized there was nothing we asked for in the order… we got mozzarella sticks, stale garlic bread sticks, boneless chicken with no sauce on the chicken, cheese pasta instead of chicken Alfredo pasta & pepperoni pizza.
We called and asked for a refund, the manager DENISE said she’d call back and never did. I called back, she said there was a partial credit on our account, I told her I would just like a refund. She began getting aggressive and rude with me saying we weren’t half way home, we were in the parking lot when they called and said the order was wrong. She said why didn’t we drive back if the order was wrong and have it remade & she also said “so you ate the wrong order and you want a refund?”
If we were still in the parking lot, why would you have to call us to say the order is wrong, why not take 10 steps out the door where we were initially parked when we picked it up?? Also, why would we drive all the way back, and wait for it to be remade if we placed a pick up order in advance for a reason !? Lastly, we do not eat mozzarella sticks, & we threw the stale, cold garlic sticks & ashy chicken away. She made me feel like a thief or a scammer, when I was the one who didn’t get what I paid for. Read morePlaced an order at 12.11pm and it is exactly 1 hour later and tracker still shows it hasn't been prepped yet. I called the store 6 times and no answer, then called the 800 number and this call center is the biggest joke of all time! After the ringing stopped, I could hear noise in the backround but no one said anything to me, so I repeatedly said "hello" and for almost 2 minutes I had no response....but then some male said sorry about that and asked for my name and phone number. I told this person what was going on and the response I got was hilariously stupid....I was asked "For Marketing purposes, how much did you spend on your order?" and this was before asking what my problem was. After answering his question he told me that there is nothing they can do to help and I need to contact the store I ordered from, which I told him I did and no answer. He then says there is still nothing he can do, but just don't sign any receipt and I won't be charged. Like, what??? I continue to call the store and finally a woman answers and I tell her I ordered over an hour now and wondered what was going on. She said she is literally the only person working there and the delivery driver didn't show because he was stuck in his neighborhood I guess. I asked why was my order accepted, or at least asked why I wasn't notified about my order not possibly being fulfilled considering there was no delivery driver to deliver my order, which was for delivery. Her response was that she "called the first 5 people that wouldn't be getting their order." Again, WHAT???!!! This should go without saying at this point, but if you order from here, be prepared with a backup plan, because you have a 50/50 shot at...
