My husband stopped here while doing a few errands to grab the family lunch. I texted him my order, which included the sandwich number, and I made just a couple of modifications. I only got the modifications, not all the other toppings listed, and it was toasted--he knows I never want it toasted. He said he clearly told them, "...with with everything listed, but add..." They also toasted it without asking. He didn't see any of this because while he was ordering the rest of the sandwiches, they were making mine. I got a nasty, inedible sandwich of a little meat, huge drippy globs of hot mayo and avocado, and melted cheese. I tried to eat it, but it made me nauseous. No lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles as listed in the sandwich description, just a hot drippy salt bomb. On his, he asked for a small drizzle of vinaigrette, but when he opened it at home, the bread was soaking wet and fell apart, also completely inedible. We vow to never order from this location ever again. What's the point of having named/numbered sandwiches, but you don't even get what is listed? If I go to a different fast food restaurant and order, "The #__, but can you add mayo?" I can expect to get all the regular toppings PLUS the mayo. I'm really not that picky, and I completely understand mistakes happen, but this was just such a waste and...
Read moreI was greatly disappointed at this location (Lakeville, next to closed Caribou Coffe shop) today. My family wanted Subway for lunch and I was next to this one. I came in, there were a few customers ahead of me, and one behind. When it was my turn, I started an order, 1 of 4 (just bread selection) and looked and gentleman behind. I asked how many sandwiches he was ordering, and he said one. I let him go ahead of me, because I had a large order, and I informed the sandwich preparer. After the gentleman was done, the server asked me to hold, because he had an online order to prepare. No problem, so I thought. Another preparer was present, and instead of starting my order, he goes to another online order. So much for doing something nice. I do not think it takes two preparers to handle online orders, especially when you have a customer in front of your counter (me), and one behind me. You can make the online customer wait an extra minute or two. I walked right out. As a result I will not be using this location again. I went to the location next to the Teresa's in Lakeville. I came, again let another get on front of me because of my order, and he only had one sandwich to order. I was then served, promptly and professionally, even though they had online orders also. They had one preparer handle those....
Read moreEdit: So, two years ago when I first posted this review, it was true. This was a really good Subway with really good employees. Now, it's really terrible.
Just this week I had one of the employees look absolutely put off by my being there. He had an attitude of "how dare I inconvenience him by ordering a sub". When he was making my sandwich he literally threw it together, he didn't put the right amount of meat on the sandwich and then he just walked away to help his friend in back "find his thing". After being left alone for two minutes I just left. As I was pulling out of my parking spot the other kid who was working there comes out the door and starts yelling at me for leaving.
This kind of failure starts at the top with the managers/owners not caring about their store and customers so their employees don't care about it either.
I hope they can turn this place around, but I can't recommend going here for any reason at this point. There are other restaurants in the area that have much better customer service and better food as well.
Original Review from 2 Years Ago: Easily one of the best Subways I've been to. The service is fast and efficient without being rushed and the employees all seem to genuinely want...
