Wendy's — Restaurant in Lakeway

If I can give 0 stars I would trust me I have nothing but trouble with this Wendy’s in Lakeway and I live far away kingsland !! I try to be understanding as possible due to the short staff every visit they seem like they don’t care they obviously show they don’t want to work there especially their District or store manager that they have there but no this time Nov 20 2021 they messed everything up no ice to go with my lemonade no BBQ sauce that was requested for the nuggets completely wrong burger they gave me jr instead of bacon they only thing they got correct was the chili which is impossible to get wrong right ! Even though they gave it to me cold. This was drive thru as soon as I opened the bag At my office I immediately call their restaurant and looks like they aren’t picking up the phone after I called about 10 times in a row I will be visiting in store for them to either reimburse me or remake my order correctly and never recommend Wendy’s at Lakeway TX 78738 to anyone ! I love Wendy’s trust me it’s this location that need some serious help ! Horrible service !!!...

I didn't quite get what I paid for, so why 5-stars? The staff is professional, hard-working and service with a smile. Plus a bonus! I'll explain for entertainment factor. If you're reading this, may as well get a little chuckle.

I travel full-time, so I need to find the occasional pit-stop. I don't like to violate places' restrooms without buying something. I ordered a sour cream and chives potato but told the kid I'd also like bacon and cheese, so "Just charge me whatever you need to charge" (see receipt) Bonus: The super smiley guy preparing my potato must be psychic and knows I prefer to not consume pork (bacon, but I secretly love that ish) And he must know I could do without the cheese! (waistline) So not only did I massacre their potty but the crew did me a solid in return. Niiiiice

My Frostyccino is YUM and the hothotass potato hits the spot. - I opt to not walk back in because it's no big whoop and it's more fun to talk about them online like the Karen I am. LOL. Seriously though, they're a good bunch in there. 10/10 Thanks Wendy's...
