Heard good things about the food, put this place on my “want to go” list. I was in the area, 90 min from home, so I went out of my way to drive 20 min to visit. First thing I see on the door: “NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS, BATHROOMS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED”. Now, picture the type of person who eats a slice of pizza without washing their dirty hands: that’s their customer base. You might have the best pizza in the world, but nobody needs a free serving of bad attitude before they even get through the door. No thanks. Oh, sounds sorta like a health code violation, too: aren’t restaurants that have dine-in required to have bathrooms available? You may want to re-evaluate your perspective toward being in the hospitality business. Good luck.

Very affordable, music was good and plenty of seating. I’d recommend getting the garlic knot chicken parm with vodka sauce, it was amazing. One of the best vodka sauce sandwiches I’ve had in awhile with an original concept using the garlic knots. 10/10 would come again. Edit: also tried the tiramisu because i saw it was good. The other reviews didn’t disappoint, this was actually the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Another 10/10!

20 years ago this was my favorite pizza in the area and 20 years later still is! Tons of different slices and sandwiches to try, home made using real ingredients! The gluten free cauliflower crust was great and my family loved the regular pie, thank you for keeping up the quality!

We enjoy the food but the service in the dining room is so horrible one would think they had hidden cameras on your table and it was just a joke, but sad to say their were no cameras the service just sucks. We ordered our food, after 38 minutes I had to get up from the table and go to the counter and ask for our soda and basket of rolls. After 50 minutes total our salad came to the table, 20 minutes later our appetizer showed up,28 minutes after we finished our appetizer our main course made an appearance to the table. The management could care less when we politely complained about the service. We spent over two hours in the dining room of a pizza joint for dinner, I would choose to starve to death b4 I ever spend one penny at this clip joint again. Just so you people in Internet land knows this, it just was not my table with an issue it was 3 other tables having a problem as well and it was a problem with 2 different servers. The jersey shore is defiantly not running short on pizza parlors so it's not the end of the world,it seems like we have a pizza place every other block so go out and explore, find a pizza place that cares about the customer and enjoy. Just stay away from these crazy lunatics. I gave 2 stars b/c I am in a good mood today. Hey Frank's pizza my wife and my parents hate you, we hope the entire jersey shore reads this review and it puts u out of business. Customer service is the most important part of any business and you people can care less about your customers. People work long hard hours for their pay checks and when we spend that hard earned money we would like to feel like it was money well spent, you should be ashamed of how lazy and ignorant your servers and management team are. The only person in your clip joint that apologized and said she sorry was your hostess who turned out to be only 15 years old. You could learn a lot from a 15 year old she was the only "adult" who worked there and was mortified and embarrassed at the level of disrespect and lack of caring for the customers. I have told every one of my neighbors, all of our family and friends and any one else who will listen to me to stay away from your restaurant . PS, it's a shame that I will never come there again b/c for a pizza joint I do like your veal parm. Don't get me wrong your food is good but it's good for a pizza place, it's no where close to 5 star food but it is good for a strip mall pizza joint. Any way I hope this review opens your eyes or puts u out of business, you...

HORRIBLE....if I could give less stars I would. I went to dinner with my children at 7:15pm tonight and the service was horrible and so was the food. Wanting to enjoy a nice night out with my family and received the total opposite. Walked in the restaurant part and had reservations there was nobody there to seat us so the girl that gives water pointed to our table and said go there and walked away, so we sat ourselves. There was 5 regular size tables that had 2/3/4 people at them and 1 table that had 12. Took 25 minutes for the waitress to first walk over and ask for our order and took 15 more minutes to get a basket of bread, salad and drinks. There was two waitresses and nobody to clear dishes when done. My child ordered a sub which the bread was hard as a rock he couldn't even bite it. I ordered chicken francese which was 4 small chicken strips which one was so tough I couldn't even cut it and a HUGE plate of angel hair pasta for $18, pasta was not supposed to be my main dish, what a disgrace. Asked for another basket of bread and a water with our meal and only bread came out with dinner, no water. Still waiting on the water I actually got up and went to the attached pizza place and purchased 3 waters because our waters never came. When the waitress finally came back I asked for the check which of course came out quick but she never asked if we wanted dessert or anything else, they just wanted their money for the bill. To pay $60 for that horrible service and food is a disgrace and a HORRIBLE experience. NEVER again will...

Poor Service. Poor owner attitude. We will never come back.

We were in the area and stopped in on a Friday night to grab a slice of pizza. We were greeted from over the counter, that a hostess would seat us. We were given menus and then thought that we'd get dinner instead. Two waitresses kept walking by us and NEITHER ONE EVEN SAID "I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" No bread, no drink order. WE WAITED 20 MINUTES and NO ONE came to the table. We over heard waitress tell a table near us that the food was backed up. Then the booth behind us, who were seated after us, had the waitress at their table, we decided to get a slice to go. We went to the counter and said we changed our mind, we waited 20 min and no one helped us. "Luigi" just stared at us, no apology or explanation of any sort. We placed our order and to make small talk we said "Short handed tonight" and he said very nonchalant "NOPE". Then the waitress walks to the counter and asked him to microwave a plate of baked ziti, and he said no. Why are you serving cold food? If you were not short staffed then there are more...
