I'd make it negative stars if I could! I pulled up to the drive thru at about 6 pm on a Saturday and sat at the speaker box for a couple minutes, saying "hello" and "is anyone there?" No answer. So I pull around to the window and everything looks pretty dark, it's becoming pretty obvious that no one is there. I decide to drive around to make sure I'm not missing something. All the lights are off and not a single person inside, but there is also nothing saying why! No notes, no explanation, no reason it should be closed!

I get that we are just coming out of a pandemic and things happen, but that doesn't mean you can't leave a sign as to why the store was suddenly abandoned! A sign on the drive thru speaker saying they are closed would save people a lot of time and frustration! (I was not the only car that sat there wondering what was going on!) It would also be really great if the sign stating they were closed also said where the next closest store was. I had my heart sweet on a gyro and still have never got one. Personally I would also like to know why the store was closed during dinner time on the weekend! If it was due to Covid, I'd like to know that they are taking precautions and making sure their employees are taken care of and that once they reopen, they will be even more careful so neither their customers or employees will get sick. Because this closure was handled so poorly, I doubt I will ever try to return to this store! Not only did they lose a lot of business today, they may have lost a lot more business in the future. All because putting up a couple signs notifying customers they were closed was not...

I was so disappointed in my customer experience with Arby’s on November 18th at 8:32PM. The employees behavior was uncalled for and flat out disrespectful. I placed a mobile order for French fries, expecting to pick them up with no issue.

When I arrived, the employees were banging the bag against the counter, laughing and asking who would order such a small item and that it was like nothing was in the bag. I told them it was my fries and took them home.

Once home, I saw that they had written “Do not come back” on the outside of the bag. When I opened the bag (with 9 Arby’s stickers) there were six additional sealed bags before I got to my fries. Each layer had a rude and disrespectful comment on them. (See photo). I would attach the video I took, but Google does not allow it. A waste of Arby’s resources (bags, stickers, labor) and an insult to a previously loyal customer.

I want, at the very least, a refund for this. It was absolutely uncalled for - and completely rude. I normally wouldn’t write a review for a $3 purchase, but no customer wants to be told to never come back. Y’all do not deserve my money.

However, I have reached out to Arby’s with feedback and no one has returned my inquiry. Unfortunate because I often shop at Inspire Brands (Arby’s, Dunkin, BWW, BR), but this has made me question whether I want to be a customer at any of...

We ordered at the window, one meal deal & one extra sandwich. And cashier was uncommunicative, refused to repeat our order. It was about $30, when we were expecting $20, $22. We just paid for it at the window, credit card, and asked for the receipt, (cashier didn't like that either,) when we were handed the food /receipt, he hadn't rung it up as asked, with the meal plan upgraded, and changed us for the full price of poppers, and gave us an unwanted curly fries. Not only do we not care for them, they were overcooked and dried out. When I asked about a refund, he stated it had to go back onto the credit card. My Grandmother didn't like that, unsure of the tech, so we just left. I'm still mad about paying for nasty fries I specified I didn't want. Which I've never liked, my grandmother didn't want, And paying 'full price' for the poppers, which have gone up significantly in price Anyway.

And why ever did Arby's get rid of the potato cakes?? I'm still salty and sad about that. Loser move Arby's.

So I woke up hoping to have a Mediterranean morning meal. Specifically a traditional Gyro and some Falafels. Unfortunately I went out at 9am and quickly learned from Google maps that's 99% of the places that serve those 2 items open at 11am and I was set on having it at 9am!! So.... I actually decided to get Falafels from whole foods, they carry Falafel King Falafels in the refrigerated section. Falafel King is a local Mediterranean restaurant chain and you can get falafels at some stores. Then I googled mapped the word Gyro. Arby's across the street popped up. So I went across the street and went inside. Sure enough they offer a traditional Greek gyro. It's on some nice airy pita bread with tzatziki sauce and some really flavorful Greek gyro meat. I definitely didn't expect that level of gyro from Arby's. Apparently they have The Meats and the gyros!! I highly recommend it. Also, the guy working the counter with the face tattoos was very friendly and helpful. An overall great experience and 5 stars for a great traditional Gyro and good customer service at 9 in the morning, cheers!

I don't know about this one folks. Waited in line(drive-thru)there was only one vehicle ahead of us but you would have thought it was packed bumper to bumper. We waited over 5 minutes for them to pull forward, got to the order speaker and waited for someone to say even "Hi, order when ever you're ready" but we got nothing until I said "Hello" several times in a loud voice, someone finally came over the speaker saying "you'll have to wait a minute" she finally took our order a few minutes later. We pulled around to the window and the vehicle that had been ahead of us was still there!? The person working the drive-thru really needs to be retrained. The customer service was sadly lacking but that's not the end of it. We got home with our food and the buns on our beef and cheddar sandwiches were stale. This is the first time I can recall ever having a problem with their food it's always been great. I tell you what I will not go there again. I'll still be an Arbys lover but not at this one.
