Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lakewood

Well I wanted to give the store bad rating but I come here all the time and they never really mess up my order  I always get my food when they say I will.(thanks to the usual workers I will come back . just wanted to share this crazy story . well I think its crazy ) Today I tried to call ahead and the woman on the phone that you answered you could tell she hasn't been there that long well after repeating my order to her after the 4th time and her continue asking me what it was , i said  I will go in and do it. When I get there she's standing with some man that's sitting in the chairs eating a chicken wing (I find out this is her boyfriend). When I place my order with her she wanted to charge me $43 for three pizzas. Right when I was going to go over the order cuz I thought it was a little much a helpful person came over not sure her name but fixed it for me and it went down to 27 that sounded more like what I usually pay. Well from there it just went all downhill for the other chick she couldn't take anybody's ordered she didn't know how to do anything she kept asking the other lady to help her.(when she would come to help her she would walk away) and she was getting frustrated because she was trying to make my pizzas and then had to take orders to... but she came through got everybody's order in.what was interesting is the girl that was new or I'm assuming was new went and hid for a while and then talk to the manager and was able to leave early listening to the conversation of the workers sounded like the boyfriend was there for a while and she was messing up orders the whole day so that he could get free food. So I had to sit there a little longer because she used the wrong Bread for the garlic knots .as I left her and her boyfriend were standing outside the door we're all the delivery drivers Park I was just like I thought you wanted to leave early but thank God for The Other Woman that was there she held it together I wish I...

I ordered from this dominos online today and it took almost an hour to get the pizza. They did call and let me know it was going to be late because they were busy but the girl on the phone wasn't very friendly. I put very specific directions on the order to enter the building and come to my apartment. The delivery guy called, claiming there was no parking so I had to come down. When I get downstairs, there's was a plethora of parking spots, literally everywhere. Once I got back up to my apartment with my food, I opened the boxes and saw they had forgotten my sauces. I called the delivery driver who was also rude and claimed they were not on the ticket when I pulled my ticket from ordering they were very clearly there. He told me to call the store (which he was already back at). I called the store and told them I was missing my sauces and listened as the lady I called scolded and argued with the delivery driver who delivered my pizza. They told me he would be right back with them. 20 min later (the store is less than 5 mins away) I get a call from a different delivery driver saying he's here with the sauces. He was much friendlier than the people I dealt with so far and was able to park, enter the building and deliver my sauces to my apartment with no problems. If I could take my tip from the first guy and give it to the second guy, I would. After all this my pizza was cold and I had to rush to eat and leave for an appointment. Avoid this location! I ordered delivery from this location and the order never arrived despite the app reporting that the food had been delivered. I attempted to call the store to report this (as the app only offered me a coupon for a free pizza.....thanks?) and was on hold for nearly FORTY MINUTES before I was able to talk to someone. The individual I spoke to was extremely rude and clearly did not believe that the order was not delivered. He argued with me, told me they were extremely busy, and told me that no manager was available to discuss this matter with. He also stated that he spoke with the delivery driver who told him he handed the food to the person at the door. However, I informed him this was impossible for multiple reasons (1) being that the order instructed the driver to leave it at the door, and (2) I would be happy to share the footage with him from my ring doorbell which shows no order arriving and also shows me walking around out front looking for the non-existent order. At this point the individual on the phone got extremely argumentative with me, was yelling at me, and said that this was a matter I had to dispute directly with the delivery driver. As this had gotten quite outrageous, I decided to end the call. I was never offered a refund or never offered any sort of opportunity to make this right. Based on this interaction, I would be weary to ever order from this location again........hopefully I can at least get a refund or dispute the charge with my credit...
