Ordered two Bordeaux ice cream sundaes, one for me one for my mom. This was our second time having one and it was trash. The first time it was so good because it had all the ingredients. This time it only had whip cream, ice cream, a lot of almonds, and caramel. I was searching for the chocolate almond candies and the hot fudge sauce but couldn’t find any. My mom said the day thing. I think is is because two young employees made our sundaes. There was an older woman employee and she asked them if they knew how to make a Bordeaux ice sundae. The chick with glasses said she does and will show her coworker how to make them. While, neither one knew what they were doing, and my sundae came out all wrong. If you decide to get an ice cream sundae ask the employee if they know how to make it or there’s another employee who can make it if they’re not sure on how to make what your want. I also bought a box a Betty Lou’s and they are just ok. I would stick with a Malley’s pretzel chocolate bar before buying the...
Read moreMalley’s Chocolates is hands down one of the best chocolate shops I’ve ever visited – a true Cleveland treasure! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with that rich, irresistible aroma of fresh chocolate, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their selection is fantastic – everything from classic milk and dark chocolates to creative seasonal treats. The chocolate-covered pretzels and the famous Malley Ohs are personal favorites, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything here.
What really surprised me was how reasonable the prices are, especially for such high-quality, handcrafted chocolates. You get top-notch flavor and presentation without breaking the bank, which makes it easy to grab a few gifts (and a few treats for yourself) every time you stop by.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting Cleveland, Malley’s is a must-visit. Delicious, affordable, and always satisfying – it’s everything you want in a...
Read moreThe service was absolutely awful. I am very disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon. The staff spent their time talking with friends who were seated at the counter rather than serving guests in the parlor. Our sundaes sat on the counter for several minutes. It was long enough for the server (keep in mind the only one who was actually serving tables out of the 6 staff members present) to realize we had not gotten our sundaes. She looked over at the counter and said they should be here soon. By the time the sundaes got to our table they were melted and not very tasteful. Maybe because watching the young man standing behind the counter eating a cup of hot fudge with his tongue was not very appetizeing. Get it together and clean your hhot fudge...
