THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT NO MATTER HOW SPECIFIC YOU ARE BY SAYING YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING EXTRA, THEN BEING ARGUED WITH SAYING I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR, AND THEN IM NICE SAYING SORRY THEY DO THIS A LOT....THEY RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY FIX IT AND AFTER, YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TOLD??? "TAKE IT AND LEAVE???" LOOK UP MY REWARD PTS TO SEE HOW MUCH I GET MCDS....Horrendous, rude, incompetent, utterly ridiculously unprofessional employees that don't give a rat's tail about anything other than just throwing the food at you and when you try to correct the mistake that they made after specifically clarifying it at the speaker because it always happens, we are giving attitude by your rude female employees. Yes I said female, not being sexist as it comes out, but every single female at night that works there has an attitude, I noticed all your male employees are really nice, I also noticed your morning employees, all of them, are really nice except one person, do you guys not put them through customer service training or anything like that or is that too much to ask from a billion dollar company?
YOU DO KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE A LOBBY THAT ALSO GETS CUSTOMERS RIGHT??? I LITERALLY HAD TO stand there while was ready. All they had to do was stick a cheeseburger and a fry and a bag and hand it to me. But instead they chose to ignore me and cater to drive through. I had to actually tell the lady where is my burger and fry that should have been ready 15 minutes ago when it wasn't. I actually had to stop the lady and ask her where it was, while receiving attitude from her saying she was short. They do need to realize they have a Lobby and when they mess up no attitudes should be given. Not the first time of complain about the McDonald's probably won't be the last. Read moreWorst Experience ever! I called trying to find out what time they open, due to the fact a lot of websites hours of operation information is not accurate. A woman answered the phone and immediately hung up on me when I asked what time do they open. I called back thinking I was accidentally hung up on and the person at McDonalds picked up the phone and hung up on me again. I called a few more times then the woman answered the phone with an attitude saying I am preventing them from opening by calling and I needed to check the website. The woman then proceeded to exclaim they open the exact same time everyday! Then she hung up on me! Very unprofessional! For starters I am not familiar with this area of town, which how would I know what time they open everyday. I eat fast food rarely, so why would I know their daily schedule and it isn’t my job to know this information. If companies did a better job of updating their hours of operation on the website, I could trust the time it says, but we all know that isn’t always true. I only have a limit amount of time to grab food so I can’t risk driving around place to place because hours on websites aren’t accurate. All the woman had to say was no we are not open until whatever the time is phone call over no problems. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to patronize this McDonalds because of their poor customer service. If they can’t even answer the phone professionally…..No telling all the horrific things that might be happening...
Read moreIf I could give this McDonald’s no stars I would. This McDonald’s is the worst! And I’m not over exaggerating at all. We wanted to go through the drive thru and not one car was moving for literally 10 minutes. I decide to go in thinking that it would go faster... but boy was I wrong! I go in and they are ALL just standing around looking like some chickens with there heads cut off. And the cooks are in the back doing the same and some even dancing to some music... so I go and ordered a medium ice coffee with LIGHT ice and 3 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO. My Oder goes to the back and I hear a girl say “does that have espresso in it” some one say yes and she said “ I’m not making it” I didn’t even process that until I left 30 MINUTES later. I thought she was joking.... so I wait about 10 mins and they call my order up and it has no espresso, I know how dark it looks when it does have it cause my husband gets it ALL the time, and I till the guy that don’t have no espresso. And he knew right away that it didn’t.. he didn’t even say anything. So 10 MORE minutes pass and he calls my order up and it the coffee still looks light. At that point I was fed up I just took it. I took it to my husband and he looks at it right always and says that does not have 3 shots of espresso. So he goes back in for that same guy to fix it and that takes another 7 mins. It was ridiculous! They couldn’t even make a coffee and took 30 mins to make it RIGHT... save your time and don’t do to this...
