If I could give this place a minus 100 I would ! DO NOT GO HERE! The food was extra dry! My Mom asked for mild or no spice and they added extra spice to both of our orders ! Plus the lady who took our order was rude in top of it , and said ," All our food has the same amount of spices!" Really ? She rushed us out and did not reply back to us asking if there was something else without any spice added . There were several children there eating so it has to be a complete lie ! They need to get new staff here ! Obviously,no one who prepares the food or fixed it cared that it looked like it was left out and not stirred all day ! We even tried to fix our food at home but nothing took out the spiciness. We could not eat it at all ! It was small Japanese pan pasta with 6 tiny hard plant based tasteless chicken, they charge $4.00 extra . So it cost us $12.00 each to have throw away our food . I recommend this lady who no name tag gets fired. The man who bagged our to go food and the lady who I saw put this dry overheated excuse for food that should have never been served to any paying customer to I begin with . They have no conscience at all here! They need to either shut down or to hire a whole new crew of workers . I have never written a review, but this place needs to shut down until it actually serves edible food . I took not even one bite Our throats stomachs are on fire ! No amount of any attempt that normally fix any hot food worked. We both now have serious headaches and horrible heart burn. We really need an refund for our money . We can not be the only ones she has done this to for the sheer meanness and spite . Any one else who ordered food Friday the 14th of April around 5: 30 pm or any other day who have experienced this please post what happened to them also please and thank...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience two nights in a row. Should have learned my lesson the first night but naively decided to give them another shot.
First night I ordered, I ordered online though the Noodles and Company website and went a picked it up. Thirty minutes after the quoted pickup time, the food was finally ready. Spent all thirty minutes watching the young kid behind the counter not use gloves as he bounced between handling money, running the register and putting lids on everyone’s food. If he got anything on his hands, he would wipe it on the back of his pants. Zero effort at cleanliness. Got home, and the chicken cesar salad didn’t have chicken on it despite paying for it and it being on the receipt.
Second night, it was an entirely new staff. I went there and ordered this time. Food came out much quicker. Similar lack of food safety. Got home. Chicken Parm had zero sauce on it. It was just buttered noodles with chicken.
The fact that two full shifts of people - probably 6-8 employees can all be this inept baffles me. Definitely my last experience with...
Read moreLately it seems to have gone downhill. Maybe some kitchen staff turnover for the worse. Jap pan noodles were undercooked and soggy, not caramelized. Pad thai had some hard undercooked noodles and gross watery egg/fish sauce juice in the bottom, like the noodles werent drained and a lot of water got in, or it was frozen and microwaved. Tomatoes were nothing but tough old skins. Seems they accidentally pop the corn in the chipotle cavatappi, ruining the flavor and texture to have disintegrated soggy popcorn in it. The new mac and cheese is a huge downgrade. The old cheese and sauce was wonderful, now the cheese is this snotty flavorless cheese product stuff that probably comes in a powder and isnt real cheese. I had mushy nasty old soggy cucumber on my korean noodles, which is supposed to be the best part. It was just mush on top like relish. Chicken was dry and tough and gross. Theyve removed a ton of customization options, too. I love noodles but i just cant go here anymore, there isnt a...
