What a joke, ordered 3 of their "BIG" sandwiches, each of which cost more than $18, and recieved the most pathetic looking sandwiches imaginable. I have included pictures of what half of their "BIG" Italian and Chicken Clubs look like. I would have included the blt as well, but the person I ordered it for had to leave before I could get a picture of it. I will admit it looked a little better, but only thanks to the copious amoints of iceberg lettice on it. The others had no veggies, just the smallest amount of meat and cheese possible. I have seen gas station baloney sandwiches with more meat than these, but the thing that really got me is how they are nothing like the sandwiches they have pictured. I mean, I know that some places like to exaggerate how their sandwiches look, but these guys don'teven use the same sandwich in their pictures. It would be like going to mcdonalds and ordering a bigmac and getting a basic hamburger. I guess 63 bucks doesn't get much food in 2024, especially if you go here.

I've missed Potbelly's. There are Potbellys in Chicago. I don't live in Chicago anymore. And it makes me sad. Then I lived in Maryland and then Pueblo for a while each. No Potbellys there. And to be fair, I still had to drive across the city. So worth it! I love their food. It's not super special or anything. It's just good, fresh food. Sandwiches, straight and to the point. And they have the best cookies! And I'm a really picky eater. But I damn near lived off Potbellys in Chicago and I'm happy to drive across the city to get to it now. My only real complaint was that the drink station was messy and it was hard to reach the lids and straws. But that's it. Friendly service, good food.

I appreciate all the effort the employees put into their work; every time my girlfriend and i go in, its never a bad experience. Think the food is a little expensive, I mean, I paid $19something, for a salad, a sandwich, and a smoothie. For the quality of food, i cant really complain, however, we have a hard time enjoying it as often as we like when we are working off a budget as millenials in 2019. Thank you, and y'all will continue to see my business just maybe too far between im afraid. 🙏

I came in to get a sandwich for lunch. Before I sat down to dine inside I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I found that the men's bathroom was completely out of commission and locked. A sign on the door instructed patrons to all use the woman's bathroom. I followed the instructions to only find that there was no running water in the bathroom sink. I went to the counter to notify the manager of the issue. In a rather disinterested tone told me the battery is dead and I should just use hand sanitizer. As I'm having this conversation an employee who has literally just touched my sandwich goes into the very same bathroom I'm not capable of washing my hands in and obviously leaves without washing theirs despite the large posted sign next to the sink stating it's mandatory for all employees to wash their hands before returning to work.

I'm just disgusted that in the middle of the world's largest public health issue in a century that the management at this establishment would be so nonchalant about general hygiene.

Also they claimed all their tables had been wiped down after each patron and even indicated with a sticker. Every single table was filthy with crumbs. I would not frequent this place during normal times and certainly did not eat anything they made during these COVID...

We are giving them another chance today, we will see. 11/4/16 Having someone who cares to right the wrongs and check reviews helps. No longer a customer: Their sandwiches are not nearly good enough to wait 2 and a half hours for a 15 sandwich order. Repeated problems. We ordered an hour before needing them for a meeting, and continued to wait another hour and a half IN the store for it because they couldn't even call and say it would be longer. They happily served about 50-55 walk in customers on the spot, before finishing our order from 2.5 hours before though, really?? We ordered weekly on the same day, with the same order. Time and time again we wait too long for an order, don't give us our chili, don't get the correct chips or cookies. They have even asked us to stop ordering chips and cookies so they can have enough food and be able to complete the order faster. We did this for them the last time we ordered because, we wanted to make it easier on them, it clearly doesn't make a difference. Again, they have lost our business any we will never refer...
