DO NOT COME TO THIS STARBUCKS. Even if you’re looking for a coffee to shop with, I recommend stopping somewhere else first!!! Not only were the girls working incredibly rude, my drink was made wrong and health code policies were not being followed (e.g. please don’t stick your fingers inside cups when grabbing them or touch people’s food with your bare hands). I had ordered a black cold brew, with no sweetener, but was given a sweetened cold brew. One girl tried to argue with me, saying they come with vanilla and wouldn’t remake it. After repeatedly telling her I asked for it black and wanted no sweetener, and that I would like a remake she told me that’s how they come and snarkily asked if I worked at Starbucks and knew more than her. Luckily, I was able to tell her I’ve been a partner for almost 7 years and that I know recipe standards and remake policies, which seemed to put her in her place and shut down her attitude as she finally remade it. Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I don’t think I will visit a Target Starbucks again...

A lot of people heard her and my brother asked about a drink and she replied loudly “ I cannot understand you”. If you have good customer service, you don’t treat your customers like that, you can say “ excuse me, can you repeat that again?” Or many other ways in order not to make the customer feel awful. Aside from that, the lady gave the order to someone who never did a mocha Frappuccino. And didn’t look nothing like the picture. The strawberry banana prepared was also different from two other Starbucks locations we usually go that seem to have a standardized recipe. Clearly this lady was in a bad mood and not wanting to work that day. Lack of friendliness, lack of touch and she needs customer service...

I am happy to pay for that but the lady staff in there spoke so loudly that “ 7.. scoops??” And then once she made the drink she continually counted loudly “1,2,3,4,5..6,7 ..scoops “ and then she brought the drink to the pickup encounter she talked loudly again the drink with 7 scoops of dragon fruit”.. I am standing in front of her face and there is no customer in there. just only me picked the drink I am a loyal Starbuck customer for a long time, but it is the first time I had the worst service like that.
