Honestly such an amazing place for real Mexican ice cream! But the customer service it’s top notch, the ladies are patient educated and very well trained! They are super friendly with kids and they can let you try many flavors with such a positive actitud ! I highly recommended this place, we came on Monday was kind slow and perfect for enjoy because I can be very sure weekend here are packed because they are really good! The place it’s super clean and super organized! Not matter where you look you can tell the staff are focusing to keep very clean and presentable! I don’t even know what to say to this, we got the “papas locas” and found this potato with mold, they told us it just looks burned and they usually come like that and. We’ve been feeling sick since then and I just wanted to write this review because the store didn’t even care. We had to throw away all our food and didn’t even gave us a refund, that’s how little they cared. I am doing this review because I have children and this I the type of place I usually take them for snacks or ice cream so please be careful and make sure you check your food...
