DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Lakewood

I've been going to this location for years now and I keep running into the same employee,the bald black gentleman with the belly, and he was very rude the first time I met him, and the 2nd and third and so on. Literally the sane thing happens today, I walk in alone, he's talking with his black female coworker and neither of them greet me but lower their voices and whisper to each other not acknowledging my self browsing near them(I'm white /hispanic) and I see another white gentleman too get no service after me aswell BUT as soon as another black gentlemen walks into the store, oh hello sir how can we help you today?the lady remarks walking up to the man. Like um hello? What about me? Lol crazy. First time I met the man he tells me I wear my shorts incorrectly, then has a I'm better then you attitude, 2nd time he doesn't wanna be bothered huffing and puffing looking for items telling me I can just go online. 3rd time he met him in store he lets a black gentleman cut me in line telling him I wasn't ready yet* I was returning items I bought online, but doesn't wanna take the longer task and let's a black dude cut me and pay and lolligag and I stand there like damn its like that here? Lol joke....

ZERO STARS!!!! The only reason you have a one star rating, is that I couldn't post unless I at least gave that rating.

Over the past week, I've never been so disappointed in a store. The lack of inventory is mind blowing(and not in a good way. ) The ONLY positive that came from yesterday's visit was the experience with the two associates that helped me find 2 shirts that I didn't love, but could live with temporarily. Rhei & Diana( I hope I got her name right.) were wonderful. They are the reason I bought the 2 shirts that I didn't really like, (did I mention that?) but could live with out of SHEER desperation. And lord knows if they are dependent on commission there'd starve based on the selection of merchandise.

I was asked to give feedback last week, and wrote a review that was pretty much the same as this one. I thought with the arriving inventory, the shelves would be at least partially restocked with decent inventory. I was WRONG!!

I am a hard working man who HATES PLAID, and wants something to make me look neat. I'm not an over-the-top fashion guy, but I DO know what appeals to me. Not one item...

It was absolutely horrible experience dealing with multiple stores to try to complete a suit a roving Taylor that they offer depending on which location they may be assigned to at any case my order was screwed up what should have taken a week took over 3 weeks just to find out that order was screwed up. To be fair I know what you're thinking stuff happens and people make mistakes and I for sake of argument let's go along with that however when you go to a store that the entire business is built on the suggestion and name is big and tall why is it that they had nothing that I wanted to fit me everything was unavailable backorder or claim to be at another store or online only but the most frustrating part was shoes I wear size 16 2E. I couldn't find that size because I was inundated with sizes 11,12;13's why is it a big and tall store have regular size shoes you can purchase just about anywhere DXL your a mess. So here's some advice if you truly want to cater to the big and tall try stocking the damn store with big and tall...
