So I drive they for a mango dragonfruit refresher, well it was diluted with water. Yes, I know it comes with water, & if I wanted less water I'd ask for it.... so drove back around.. spoke to him over the intercom, and I asked why did my drink taste so diluted, he say well it comes with water, so I said, yes I am aware if that but just bcuz it has water it does not mean it should taste like nothing... so he said "so u want less water?"... THE POINT IS THAT THE DRINK COMES IN MEASUREMENTS, FOLLOW THE FREAKING RECEIPE AND ALL WILL COME OUT GOOD, AND NO ONE WILL COMPLAIN.... SO I had them remake it with "LESS WATER" like he said... he did not even sympathize, nor apologize gracefully, over the intercom. HE only came to the drive thru window and exchanged my drink, did not acknowledge me at the window and say "I'm sorry, bout that or something", just stuck out his hand and handed me the other drink without saying anything... he should of asked or waited till I tasted the drink, to make sure it was ok, but no, he just walked away.
That was really rude, I think he missed the orientation 101 at STARBUCKS, that teaches them to courteous to your customers.... very have I encountered this at STARBUCKS, and he rubbed me the wrong way, so I'm posting this....
Read moreI walked onto this Starbucks on 7/20 and the service there was horrible...I was standing there to be acknowledged so I can order my coffee and was not for about 2 to 3 mins I was the only person at the counter. And when finally someone came he acted like I wasn't even standing there. When he decided to ask me what I wanted I told him my order. So ok my coffee was 4.75 so I gave him a 50 dollar bill. Then he told me that he didn't have any change for the 50 and just dropped my money on the counter a walked away he didn't even give me a chance to see if I had any more money to pay for my coffee. Then a girl came and asked if I had been helped I said yes but he just walked off she apologized for him and helped me with my order...The only reason I stopped at that particular Starbucks is because its the only one in that area and I've never been treated so badly at any of the other ones...I also work in customer service and would have never treated anyone like that. I think your employees need training been more polite and respectful to the people who come everyday and spend...
Read moreI ordered my drink online they made it wrong. I went inside and got to the counter and it seemed as if no one was interested to come ask me why I was at the counter. I had to ask a young woman if she could please fix it for me and she not once looked up at me she just said give me the sticker. I held the cup and she took it off. She didn’t ask what’s wrong with it, nothing! It could have been a bad day, I get it, but people can see it and it made me feel kind of bad as if I was bothering by coming in to buy a drink. Anyway I got it remade by a gentleman and he was pretty cool. From now on I’m going to stick to the Starbucks where I usually go to.
