Danny's Let's get it! — Restaurant in Lancaster Township

I order weekly from here or even pick up. Their service is pathetic at times. If their delivery isn't forgetting your chips their cooks don't make your food accordingly to your instructions. I been getting the same order for months. Usually get wings with bbq and mild sauce mixed together. Today I picked up the order and the wings look like naked wings. Its like they ran out of bbq sauce and mild sauce. I had to add my own bbq and mild on top of paying for the food. When I called in to ask if they had a new cook and why are my wings looking naked she proceeds to tell me she found the pot full of bbq and mild but none of that sauce is on my wings. They stay with a whole kitchen full of different new mexicans every month. They need to hire people that can do the same menu instead of hiring different mexican workers constantly. If your customers order out they shouldn't have to go home and still add sauces that they paid for on their food and reheat their food.

Reply back to owner response...I order the exact same order for months now. It has nothing to do with wanting extra sauce. Its always bbq mixed with mild sauce. The problem is that y'all can't keep the same workers for some reason. That's your problem, your customers shouldn't have to experience a different quality of food everytime they order, especially when they order weekly. But that's ok because you lost this weekly customer and may lose more if y'all keep this up. And your workers are ALL mexicans stop telling lies. Just say y'all don't want I.C.E. walking up...

I just had a delivery from Danny's, it's been two years. I got plenty of food. I still have half of a small turkey sub, and half of a large cheesesteak, for later. I was so impressed, this time. Everything was perfect. The Turkey sub was the first thing I bit into, and OMG! it was so, so good. The roll was so soft on the inside, and perfectly crusty on the outside. I had been making my own, at home subs, but I know I can't make them as good as that one was. I'm looking forward to having the other half later today.

The fried mushrooms were so crispy on the outside. And good a juicy on the inside. They were so awesome. There were 12 for $5.99. I think that's a bargain.

The cheesesteak was go freaking good, I wish I would have come back to Danny's to try again before this. It was perfectly seasoned, and there was plenty of meat. The same thing applies here, with the roll, as with the sub, and I'll be glad to have them both, much later on tonight when I'm ready.

I got a pizza slice, topped with pineapple, that also impressed me. There was a lot of pineapple, and the crust stayed crunchy and held up well on the fold for perfect pizza consumption. People, you gotta' try this place, or, give them another chance, if that fits your storyline. Danny's is now, my...

If you order from Danny’s it is possible you will get a rendition of what you ordered, their rendition, but not exactly what you ordered. I ordered a medium pizza half with pepperoni, and extra pepperoni, and the other half with pineapple and extra pineapple.

What I received, was, half with pineapple, extra pineapple, and an over abundance of cheese all over the pizza. No pepperoni, anywhere to be found. The amount of cheese on this pizza was unbelievable. I ate about four slices, eventually, and threw the rest away. Way too much cheese.

When I get pineapple on pizza, or in any dish, like a Chinese entree, I really expect it to be cooked, but maybe that’s a personal preference, I could have asked for an over bake, so I guess I can forgive that, but anyway, no pepperoni, on the pizza.

The order was stated correctly on the invoice ticket.

By the way, Danny’s will not accept fountain drink orders for delivery. I managed to get one, but was warned of their policy. Guess I won’t be ordering from Danny’s again. There are times when the only reason I order out, is for an ice cold cup of something, even if it’s just water. I don’t have any way of getting ice, at the moment, except from delivery, and I love an ice cold drink...
