Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Lancaster

One lady yelled at my family about having no pretzels when we didn’t even ask. This lady said that the pretzels would be ready in 25 mins so we went there after that time and we’re told that they were not ready yet. We went in again after 15 minutes and we’re told that they would be ready in 10 mins and we’re asked to leave. After 2 HOURS they still were not ready and we’re got harassed by this particular worker . They served many people before us and when we noticed we went in and they still said there were no pretzels. After finally being able to go In my big family asked 15 pretzels. The lady said there were werent 15 after seeing 22 in the case and counting. The lady got very aggressive and with her saying there were only 10 she magically pulled two more. The total was a big amount so we asked if there were any coupons. On the coupon book it said that if I spend 10 dollars I get a free pretzel so I gave her the coupon and she said it wasn’t valid. After leaving the place we sat on a bench right near the auntie Anne’s the lady locked the door we knocked to see if she would answer but she just stared at the door. I had went over to the Auntie Anne’s in the upper level, and had asked the lady who was at the register if there was any deals like, buy 3 get 1 free, things like that. The lady said “we currently have a buy 4 get 1 free deal”. I said okay, i’d take that deal but with their Almond pretzels. And the lady had proceeded to tell me “No”. And that the deal was only on your plain salted pretzels, which to me doesn’t make sense because in the past I had been to this same location and they had no problem with it, but today I feel like she was just too lazy to make them because there was only one left. The other employees were just standing in the kitchen and talking to one another. I’m sorry, but this is crazy. This is for the lower level in food court. Went there today and there was a line of people. One of the employees very rudely told us to form the line a different way. We formed it exactly how she told us to and yet the whole time I was in line she was yelling and cursing and making fun of customers and how stupid we were for not knowing how to form a line. Clearly there was no management there because I don’t see how anyone could allow such nasty behavior. I had little kids with me and they had to witness this disgusting behavior as well.
