Big Deal Burger — Restaurant in Lancaster

I was excited to see there was a burger place with both beef and impossible burgers near work. Decided to try it for lunch despite the reviews. How bad could it be? Everyone came to my desk to place their order online. I even got a 20% off coupon for signing up for texts. Will the first sign of difficulties was that the copy wouldn’t apply. Then the credit card wouldn’t apply. I tried it again without Luck. Even tried another credit card and still nothing. Since it was just down the street I decided to just go order in person. Got there and was told that there is no way to order in person that all orders have to go through online. Despite me telling them that the credit cards won’t apply they told me I had to order online. Gave up. Well guess what? The credit card was charged even though an order never went through. Called and they said they never recorded the order. It is so sad that this is part of Dickie’s BBQ and their menu looks great but DO NOT waste your time trying to get food here because it’s impossible....

DON'T BE FOOLED THIS IS DICKIES!!! We 1st took a few minutes to realize that this wasn't a new place. When I got into the restaurant there was a young lady who was complaining about her missing some items from her order. That made me check my order & I was missing things too. I had to explain to the lady that I missing a chicken sandwich & that the order wasn't that my cheese fries had chicken in it. Everything about our order is dry & still wrong. We ordered The Nunchuck Norris Cheeseburger Combo & you can see by the picture that the burger was smaller that the other sandwiches we ordered at twice the price. Absolutely horrible I ordered a The Nunchuck Norris Cheeseburger Combo, what I got was a sorry cheeseburger. Dry, wasn’t even put together properly, Precooked and set aside in a warmer of some sort, ready to be thrown on a bun. I didn’t receive fried onions, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, nothing that was on the description, so completely false advertisement there. For 17 dollars I’d expect some sort of effort.. I think it’s safe to say I have given up on Big Deal Burger. And will not be returning nor recommending it at all. Your better off going...
