Brisas Del Caribe — Restaurant in Lancaster

Not a big person to leave a review but never have I ever experienced this at any “restaurant” before. Called in an order off of the website shown on google. It shows their location and that this is an accurate menu. I get there in person and they ask for my card without telling me the total. (mind you I do not speak Spanish well) She runs it, I ask for a receipt. As soon as I walk out I notice the items on the receipt are not labeled and incorrect prices from what was ordered from the online menu. There are NO menus in the place either. They charged me over DOUBLE on everything I ordered. When I confronted the ladies up front about it they did not care. I showed and sent them their menu online and they still tried telling me I was wrong and they could not do anything about it. I even told them I didn’t want the food and a refund and they refused. Tensions were high so I left. False advertising, poor atmosphere, and old food sitting out. Won’t be back and recommend others check their orders and receipts. If you aren’t speaking Spanish and seem out of place expect to be treated poorly.

We were in town and decided to give this place a try. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. I had the pernil and the wife had fried chicken breast and both were really good. Prices were also very good. We ate in so our only "complaint" is the small space there is to eat in. They have one table inside and one outside, but don't let that stop you. Staff was friendly and we had our food really quick, I wish we lived closer. This type of restaurants are impossible...

Was delighted to find such big taste come from such a small restaurant. The best Dominican food in Lancaster . Take it from someone who rather cook there own food verses gambling with his hard earned money rather wasting it on takeout. If the ribs taste as amazing as the chicken I’m definitely going to be a weekly regular customer. 10...
