The BeadWorks — Attraction in Lancaster

Awesome selection of beads and great prices. My only complaint is I wasn't greeted by the young lady behind the counter nor was I asked if I needed assistance as I made my own way around the store. People came in after me and were greeted as well as asked if they needed assistance. One lady was even escorted to what she needed. I STILL was not asked if I was okay or needed help. It wasn't until I was ready to check out that an older woman (I should've gotten her name. She was AWESOME), who had only came in right before I checked out, asked if I found everything I needed. Love the shop great crystals my crystal stone from your shop is very large and beautiful. My name is Twana Cisse. Ok , I spent $1500 in the store and bought a great lamp with stain glass that was from Turkey and my grand daughter was roller skating around your cool shop, but all or most of my copper stone rings broke. Just fell apart over the last 6 months. Wish somebody from your store could fix my rings and make the wire tighter. I live at 35 Columbia ave York pa 17403. It was a lot of fun to make my own jewelry. The prices were reasonable & they had a large selection of beads, charms, findings, etc. The younger employees were extremely helpful. One was helping me select my findings & put my tray down at a little table. An older lady (I’m assuming owner or senior employee) came over and told me rudely to move. I explained that I was only there because an employee put me there. Funny enough she didn’t kick out the employees she was helping from that space even though I was there first.
