City Deli & Grocery — Restaurant in Lancaster

My family has been their customers since they first open on Juniata. We then followed them to King st lol. As children on our way to the county pool, our first stop was to grab our subs and snacks. They were so good even after the pool we'd grab another one lol. Her subs were my craving when pregnant and now its my daughters craving. These people have always been good people with great customer service. Her son took over his fathers spot. I've always seen him in pics hanging behind the counter as he aged and even graduated. Now we finally get to see her son in person. He's very respectful. Great customer service. The Lanc community loves these subs. The pics of her subs are shared on fb when people buy them. These owners and their subs got a lot of love out here from many different people. Good people & great customer service & the best...

Best subs and sandwiches in Lancaster since their first corner store on Juniata, even moving to the corner of King and Lime St they still got it! This family owned store is well known in the small city of Lancaster, everyone enjoys their sandwiches, they are friendly and always on point with their subs and different varieties of groceries to choose from also. That Alfred and Sam's bread they use for their sandwiches and subs is the best and keep customers coming back year after year. Hands down one of the best corner stores in my lovely hometown....

This is one of my favorite spot too eat and a great sub in Town. The only problem is there's an old gentleman that works in the store with his Son. I remember him sneezing & saw one of his boogers.. hanging down his lip. I recommend Having his Son or mother make sandwiches instead.. no offense and also change gloves when making sandwiches for the customers. But y'all are doing a wonderful Job...
