Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Lancaster

Very disappointed, food was good but without fail everytime I order at this location an item seems to be missing from my bag, I live conveniently close so I usually just call and usually they are great with customer service and making sure if an item is missed that they remake it. Didn’t catch the managers name tonight but my husband and I grabbed dinner here in drive thru and ordered two western bacon meals and a large fry on the side, we realized the large fry was forgotten when we got home and when we contacted the restaurant to let them know an item was missing we were met with a combative argumentative attitude from the manager on shift even after giving her our receipt number over the phone she wanted to argue with us and was adamant we weren’t missing an extra fry but our receipt said otherwise we were indeed charged $4.99 for a large fry that we did not receive. I personally am a manager at a popular fast food chain, and I understand that the customer is not always right and that no ticket no food but we were indeed charged for the fry and instead of meeting us at the window to review our receipt we were met with management being argumentative and combative which is uncalled for when customers have proof of purchase. Will most likely keep clear of this location, and we if we do visit we will double check our bags so management won’t be combative...

Hey I just came through the drive through to get a cherry coke extra ice there always so nice and clean here and the food is always fresh to order Kelly was a employee super fast and efficient I was gone within about 2 minutes thanks Kelley and. Carl’s Jr for always having great food make sure u guys download the app sometimes Carl’s Jr can get a little pricey but with the app and my points I never pay for drink and a lot of my burgers and meals are discounted get the app and use it every time u come here and scan ur receipt don’t throw your receipt away until you’ve scanned it … and Carl’s Jr has the best cherry coke and there jalapeño poppers are so good but I really feel in love with the spicy chicken try it like this order the 2. For6 spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayo because they don’t put alot on the add white cheese jalapeños change the lettuce to leaf lettuce change the bun to potatoe bun and add tomato and bro !!!!it’s not even a lot to change it like this it’s under 1$ and omg they need to make this a sandwich fr try it and come back...

On Wednesday night 11/22/23 I went to Carl's Jr on 2114 East Ave J Lancaster Ca, 93535 around 6:00pm and I ordered the Chicken club combo and the Western bacon cheeseburger combo. Once I got to the drive thru window I was greeted by the employee who had no clue what I ordered which he was the one who took my order and asked was everything correct on the order screen which I replied yes. He gave me two big Carl burgers and 1 order of fries. I told him this was the wrong order and he took the bag looked in it and gave it right back to me. He then started talking to other employees as if I ordered the 2 big Carl's and then he asked me for my receipt. Mind you he asked was my order correct on the screen. He then told me to park in front and I had to wait for my food to be made. I was on my lunch break and I did not enjoy my food because I was late getting back to work.
