Subway — Restaurant in Lancaster

I came in to your guys store on my lunch break, no one greets me. I stand and wait to be helped. 5 mins go by no tells me they are gonna help me in a bit, they dont even look at me. I end up walking out because it feela like they donr care to help me and as I walk out one of the guys working there scoffs under his breathe. Everytime I come to this Subway location they always have the worst customer service. All the workers are rude and no one acknowledges the customers that come in. on july 31 placed online order notes were make sandwiches when i arive received call from subway saying the bread i wanted was not available jalepeno cheddar so i siwtch to italan and herb and cheese add jalapenos they then said they had to make the sandwiches before i got there as their freezers were down and not accepting in store orders... cancelled sale reeceived notification email of cancelled order but never refunder money.. this is misrepresentation and fraud... will never order or buy from...
