Purchased a sectional and matching ottoman in June. After waiting 6 months Iâm told that Home Furniture cannot get me the matching ottoman even though he had a matching sectional on the storeroom floor the day I came in for my refund. Now I am stuck with a sectional that I am unable to find a matching ottoman for. I am now forced to purchase a coffee table which I adamantly did not want. Originally was going to buy a sectional set that was $1499 but it would not be available for several months. The store owner up sold me to a sectional that was $2500 telling me all I had to wait for was the ottoman but that wasnât a problem. After spending 5 thousand dollars at Home Furniture in the Lancaster outlet mall I am now stuck with a living room set that was not what I wanted. The store owner assured me on multiple times that it wasnât a problem until 4 months after my purchase when it was suggested they could get me an ottoman in another print. I will never do business with this store again and will now have to live with a couch I would never have bought without an ottoman because I cannot replace and all I was compensated was $50 over my purchase price. He was so helpful, patient, understanding and genuinely wanted to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. He wasn't pushy, didn't want us to buy more than what we needed. He gave great recommendations for the space we were furnishing and I can tell you I have bought furniture all over this valley and his prices and products are by far the BEST!! Quality furniture at reasonable prices and even their delivery fees are more reasonable that others. I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else. I was so impressed with the way the sales person handled this customer very professionally even though the customer screaming and yelling not letting this salesman continue to help him!!. All I can say good luck for this salesman with this kind of customers!!!! The salesman was very professional, polite, assertive and knowledgeable about their manufacture policies.
