Came to this place and my mom and I ordered the Poke and the Ramen. For both of them, the portions were decent, however the price was super average. About $15, and while the amount was alright, the quality was low. The seafood in the poke was not impressive and tasted alright. For the ramen, the broth and noodles were pretty average. They tasted alright, but the other toppings were not good. The pork chasu was super fatty (not in a good way), chewy, and low quality. All of the vegetable options were raw, and although the build your own bowl said that you could get unlimited garnishes, after I selected a few, and was looking at the other options, the lady just slapped a lid on it and proceeded to ring it up. Additionally, there was a seasoned egg buried at the bottom of the bowl which I did not ask for, but was charged for. I didn't find it until I was almost done with my meal.
Also, they don't serve their food in real bowls or with real utensils. I was only given a plastic takeout bowl with wooden chopsticks and a plastic spoon. Not impressive.
Overall, I will not be coming back because the food is low quality and the price is not great. Be wary with the pork chasu, and make sure you get all the garnishes you want if you...
Read moreThis isn’t my style to leave reviews but like wow. Disabled people beware? I am hard of hearing- fully deaf in 1 ear. I couldn’t her the girl making my ramen and asked her to repeat herself… instead of repeating herself she just shouted “ANYTHING ELSE?!” In the RUDEST tone… I wish I could say this is an isolated occurrence but I’ve literally never had anyone in this restaurant be anything but rude to me. I won’t be returning. The demeaning disabled folks draws the line for me. Do better, Ramen girl. Putting stuff in a bowl isn’t so hard you can’t also have a half decent attitude when dealing with customers. Also please never speak to a deaf person like you spoke to me today.. it’s so embarrassing for you not to know how to behave towards disabled people it’s just NOT...
Read moreIf you have a group with a variety of dietary restrictions (specifically low-FODMAP, keto, or gluten-free), this is a good place to go. The poke is easily customizable to fit your dietary needs. It's also a great compromise between those that enjoy sushi and seafood and those who don't. There's poke for the seafood lovers and big bowls of ramen for everyone else. I don't know if this place would be suitable for celiacs, as I'm not sure if the food safety practices are adequate for their safety. I'm sure the staff would try to accommodate such needs, but probably aren't aware of how to do so thoroughly yet.
