First off I want to say that I've been coming here for about 6 years and for the past 5 years it has been great, but this year they have been absolutely terrible. My order (Caramel Frapachino with crushed ice, caramel on the bottom, and top) comes out different everytime either being completely bitter and tastless or coming out ok but not the way i ordered it (full ice cubes with caramel only on the top). The waiting in the morning is expected, but in the afternoon or evening when theres 3 to 4 other people there I still have to wait around 15 minutes for my poorly made drink to be handed to me by a rude employee. Also the staff needs major improvement starting with how they act towards customers and eachother, I will hear them agrueing and yelling at eachother from across the kitchen sounding like there will be a physical altercation, When I order my drink they will ask me in a rude tone what do I want not even welcoming me to their store or asking me about my day and then getting angry that I didnt leave a tip in cash but change and they even suggested that I tip more! This store is very loud and ghetto providing a not comfortable atmosphere. The staff will not be seeing my buisness anytime soon unless there is a major and perminent change in service, my buisness is now being taken from "It's a grind" may be more expensive but at least the employees are nice, get my orders right, don't fight, and provide a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered 2 drinks. Wasn't busy AT ALL No cars in drive thru and no waiting customers there were 2 people already sitting on computer/phone with there drinks. So that leaves me being the ONLY customer to be helped. There were 3-4 employees working which should make my 2 drink order (1 frap and 1 hot - absolutely nothing complicated) easy to accommodate in a timely fashion. In fact I thought they would be done before I finished my transaction. However no they weren't before I sat down to wait I was asked my name. I sat. And sat. I know all about which employees need time off and such which ones are trying to trade hours for a trip to Vegas . And I sat. Finally I heard someone say the drinks I ordered and so I stood up thinking they were ready. NOPE! Just getting them started after at least 5-6 min. Of chatting about Vegas. Hmmm. Say back down. Waited .. and waited... Fast forward 5 more min. And one of the employees was like " there are 2 drinks ready at the bar" to another employee and then he walked looked at me and said are these your 2 drinks at the bar? Lmao! I said "proabably" got up and grabbed my drinks and walked out. If they are not going to use my name to info me that my order is ready why ask? And at the very least how About calling out the order so I at least would know they were ready!!! Nope just make them and set them at the bar expecting for people to read their minds. Wow!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't understand how you read the instructions on the drink and make a completely different drink I can't drink coffee my heart my almost explode and it will have me in the hospital so I get there crĆØme option as I come to get my order I look and i ask them if there was coffee in it and there was I just showed them the label on the drink which the fix so it's not that big of a deal so please don't take this to harshly but this was not the first time this happened I got hot chocolate for children and there was coffee in it and I ended up extremely sick so I just want to know why the label is not always followed like at least make the same drink
I going to apologize now I don't want anyone to feel bad It just bothers me a bit when working in food you have to be real care because you never know who you making it for and one mistake can do alot of damage
