We stopped in for a special treat while vacationing in the area. Ordered an Espresso Explosion and a Crunch Berry milkshake. We had to ask for our table to be wiped down and the staff member who came to do so blunty said she wasn't comfortable doing it over one of our dogs (a non reactive, well behaved teddy bear who was lying down) and just stared at us until we moved the dog. That didn't feel so dog friendly. It's also a small patio area so not much room to move the dogs. In reading other reviews, I have now learned that they offer pup cups. We were not informed or offered one for our dogs (assuming they're free) despite it being a hot summer afternoon. Found the menu was all over the place and prices were difficult to find. When we got to the till, the 2 milkshakes were over $20.00 US. The Espresso shake was ok. The other, which was supposed to be Captain Crunch and blackberry, had no berry flavor or colour and at the bottom of the cup there were a bunch of large flat crunchy pieces, that were not Captain Crunch cereal - not sure what they were...seemed like broken ice cream cone. We didn't want to go back in to have the one shake remade as there wasn't a very warm response in regards to the table request or the dog, and the service while ordering was about what you'd expect from a drive through restaurant. Cute location and nice view from the patio, but a subpar experience for us, which is unfortunate. We really should've said something while we were there and gotten our money back. One went in the garbage which was painful as they cost us almost $30.00...

Sure no problem. We arrived excited to check out what looked like a cute shop with ice cream. We looked at the various overpriced candy and toys and decided to get a scoop each for my son's. The counter woman was not engaged and seems like it was such a hassle to have customers. We were not offered sprinkles was charged for a paper cup. This establishment does not seem to be doing well with the overpriced items and low quality. A smiling face would at least be nice for the price we paid. We asked why the customer after us was offered sprinkles and we weren't and the woman replied you guys were talking too much. Wow. Yes we're excited and wanted to be there so we were trying to engage. But clearly this is not a family friendly place. We told the customers coming in behind us when we left about the experience and encourage them to go somewhere else. Good luck but no I will warn everybody I know not to ever check non sprinklez. Not to mention if it's a hot day you ain't...

We were so very excited to visit this adorable highly recommended ice cream shop. We were a large group of 7 happy and well behaved adults. We were treated horribly by the staff. We were immediately barked at with instructions to order “ONE AT A TIME!”. We were barely in the door. It appeared the scooper might be new and the other employee appeared to be extremely stressed out. Unfortunately she took it out on us….many of us first time visitors to your beautiful island from the mid west and Utah. After one of us would order she’d bark “NEXT! ONE AT A TIME!” It was uncalled for. Two orders were exactly the same and she scolded a 58 year old man for ordering “two” of the same thing. She barked “I SAID ONE AT A TIME!”. I will repeat…it was two of the exact same thing. She managed to deflate our entire upbeat group. There is no doubt that the ice was delicious and the view spectacular but it’s such a shame that the experience was ruined by...

Really cute and irresistible ice cream parlor that we stopped into! They have a good selection of flavors and drinks and other goodies like molten lava cake with a scoop or ice cream on top 😋 we got birthday cake and cookies n cream with a sprinkle cone and it was all Amazing, but the sprinkle cone was ridiculously good. I feel like I've never been so fixated on a waffle cone before, but it was so crispy and satisfying and the crunchy sprinkles complemented the ice cream so well! So nice to swing by and grab something to go while walking around the beach or Waterfront shops! Plus plenty of cute and funny novelty items for sale inside from weird masks to little toys and what not!

The ice cream was good. I feel like a dollar for whip cream- nowhere does it say that this small addition is “premium”… is a lot. I got two single scoop cones, a tiny pup cone and a milkshake and it was 37$ Canadian. Yikes. The sign is kind of off putting where it says you have to buy again if you drop it, no samples… we never expect these things, but just gave a bad taste (we didn’t drop ours!)

The place is small and it was packed. The line was to the street and tyere was only one person working the counter. I felt bad for the girl. The hot dog was huge and there are a bunch of toppings for it. Also, there were a lot of tons for the pop corn. The ice cream looked good. The are tables and a small shop with steep prices for clothing, jewelry and games.
