By far the WORST customer service I've EVER had. Got a salad there today with my daughter. 1). the lettuce WASNT IN THE LEAST BIT rinsed off. 2). The chicken strips were dry as anything. When i told the guy at the front desk he gave me an attitude and told me "the chicken is made fresh daily, we freeze it afterward and reheat it". First of all you NEVER reheat meat of any kind, it zaps the moisture out of it, any good cook will tell you that. I told him the pizza there is very good, but i was very disappointed in the salad, and gave him some advice to pass to the chef on how to make it better (rinsed lettuce, freashly cooked chicken, etc) he told me "if you dont like it then dont come back!" in the rudest way. I decided on my way home to call and talk to the manager, to let him know that the young man at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. even the MANAGER started to argue with me and said the SAME THING... I even asked "isnt the customer always right?" he said "yes, but if you dont like our food dont come back!". To anyone who's thinking about making this their special family pizza place, dont do it. Ive been coming here for years and even recommending this place to friends and family, but after today I'm most definitely regretting it! And if you do go here, ONLY get their pizza! I dont want any of my fellow Landalians, or locals to get salmanella because they couldnt take 1 minute to rinse the produce...

They only offer one size (personal) Stromboli for $13.00, so I ordered the chicken parm Stromboli hoping it would be similar to what other pizza shops in Lansdale have. It was sad, small, and I swear it was like there was no chicken in it at all, just the breading. Speaking of chicken, I also got the appetizer sampler, and two things went wrong there. The chicken tenders were some of the worst I’ve had from a pizza place - they were the kind you used to get at elementary school lunches, barely considered meat, clearly just the cheapest quality they could find from a bulk frozen box. The sampler also didn’t have the onion rings that are in the description. For the onion rings, that could have been a mistake, but most of this, especially anything to do with chicken…

Read morePalermo Lansdale - canceled the free pizza magnet program. "Give everyone the shaft" is apparently the new business model. We had 3 pizza's worth of magnets, which easily equated $300 in spending to earn 3 medium pizzas..
The right thing to do would have been honor the magnets you've dispensed to your patrons and cancel the program after the magnets disappeared or give everyone 1 last chance to utilize their magnets. Giving paying customers the shaft isn't a good business practice. As a result of your bad decisions force us to patron another pizzeria, I would imagine many other people will have the same sentiments. Not cool Palermo- you could have been a contender.
oh lastly - a tidbit of info I never shared They sell canned soup- its progresso.. Likely to be denied...
