This review is specific to the Eastwood location in Lansing, MI. Order a carry out order at 4:26pm and specified the pickup time to be 6:45pm for the same night. We ordered one additional sweet and sour chicken at 5:25pm for the same pickup time of 6:45pm. When I arrived at 6:45pm I was told by the hostess that the small order was ready and the kitchen was just wrapping up the larger order. Waited for 10 minutes, for them to bring out just the larger order and said the other order would be out in 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes and finally asked hostess again if the time picked for order pick-up was accurate. She said yes, I explained that the first order already received was now cold and that the other order should have been up. She said she would go talk with manager to resolve. When she returned she said the manager would bring out the order when it was ready and talk with me then. This obviously doesn't make any sense seeing my one order was luke warm at best now and to wait until the next order came out would only prolong me getting home and in theory letting the other order get cold too. When the manager came out she said she refunded the smaller order (now received 35 minutes after the first order) and claimed she didn't know anything about the larger order. We started with lettuce wraps that my partner and I looked at each other after each eating one and both said I've had better previously. As we discussed it, we decided that it tasted burnt. We then had pork dumplings and luckily only ordered 3 not six. My partner had one and said she was done with them and waved them off. I tried one and my first impression was wondering if it was soy sauce filled instead of pork. The 2nd bite revealed the full taste of burnt soy sauce flavor. Moving on to our main courses, Chicken and broccoli and sesame beef. The broccoli tasted normal, however, the chicken and the sesame beef both had pieces that tasted ok and pieces that had that same burnt soy flavor. As for the condition of the restroom, I was told it made my partner question if they could eat there again. The fake plants over the sink were dusty and had cobwebs all over them. The floors were tacky/sticky to where it was noticeable in picking up your feet to walk, the stall door hardware needed some maintenance and then there was the (possibility a) thermostat or something else with wiring and electronics that was packed with dust bunnies. We sat down ordered an appetizer never came and asked for a drink order. We had to flag her down for our drinks, we then placed our dinner order somebody else brought it to us. Nobody came by to check and see if everything was OK. No one came by to see if we needed any refills. The restaurant was not full by any means. In fact when we got there, we had a reservation, everybody was standing around talking and people to came in after us were seated before us. We had a party of five. We live in Oakland County so we go to the one in Rochester and the one in Troy quite often never have I had the service that we had their other two restaurants very disappointed in PF Changās, I finally got up after my dinner was almost done found a hostess and asked her to please find my waitress so I could at least get a refill as I have been coughing. You can see the kitchen through our seats and everybodyās just back there socializing very disappointed.
