Duke's Saloon — Restaurant in Lansing

This please is so trashy. I cant even tell you the countless number insidents where you see the general manager (Asian girl) she couldn’t handle it and ran to her back office.

New Year’s Eve was a hot mess. They overcharged people for coverage (15) and you think they would give you complimentary champagne oh no. Plus extra dollar on top of the cover to get into this sloppy place. It’s shares the bathroom from TIn Can and this other bar, so the hallway is a tight share people end up getting hostile.

Saw on of the bouncers go into the women’s bathroom and ripped her off the toilet and she was piss on herself and pants to her ankles. Literally so shocking.

Then Duke bartenders all of a sudden fought like a group of people being the bar stayed going breaking glasses and bottles. No bouncer on site. I asked the manage for a refund Bc im leaving worst place ever. Like there for 20 mins. Witnessed 10 fights, hostile workers, broken glass in the floor. Just a hot mess. You guys are scummy deff not...

They wouldn’t allow us in with tickets for an event here purchased in advance that was supposed to have cover included. The employees sympathized but said their hands were tied due to directives from management. The Tin Can, also part of the event, offered us free drinks due to the horrible service we received from Dukes (we were not the only ones) after they first tried talking to Dukes management for us even though they had nothing to do with it. This place is awful. Don’t go here. Go to Tin Can next door instead. Tin Can is amazing, Dukes is a rip off. Duke’s slogan “never a cover for the ladies” is also a lie. They were charging everyone $10 cover including ladies. I enjoyed my last visit here before the pandemic, but this place just isn’t worth...

This is by far the worst bar I've ever been to in my life. I was charged $30 dollars for a long Island and a Cranberry Vodka. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. On a Friday night the place was dead, barely a few people in there and I see why. They serve you drinks with astronomical prices and then they insult you by pouring it in a plastic cup. Oh yeah and the drinks were almost completely juice and ice. They fill the cups with ice and give you juice with a drop of alcohol and call it a drink. What an embarrassment. I suggest to anyone to not get robbed here and go to another bar. I felt insulted as a customer. This...
