The bartender there needs to learn how to only charge the person for the drinks they ordered and not everyone they are with. My card was charged $100.25 over what it should have because she could not figure out what I ordered, when there were only 4 people in the bar that she was waiting on. Now my bank is holding money because she ran my card three separate times trying to get my bill straight when it should of been right the first time because I only ordered one time. Not happy with the way the employees that work there have tried to handle the situation. I called one day and was told she would look into it and call me back by 3, when I didn't hear from her at 3:30 I called and they only work till 2:30. Then when I called today I had to block my number to get them to answer. They were trying to tell me that this is my banks fault and they put those charges there. Yes, because my bank looked at my charge and decided they would try and charge me two more times for random amounts! No that is not how it works, it is there fault. I went to this bar with my best friend and ordered two standard drinks and unfortunately top shelf was emptied specifically grey goose. I went to Kettle one vodka and was also empty. The bartender recommended Tito’s vodka after the third time. I spend over 42min on the dot to wait for a cocktail to be made governing that I knew the bar was sub par I order two of the same. After waiting for both I reached out to the bartender for the bar supervisors name of who is running an operation without premium vodka. After being pointed out who was in charge I decided after careful evaluation that the manager is behind lost with taking drink orders that it was pointless to bring to her attention that clearly she isn’t understanding what it takes. Read moreI have been going to this place since 2000 and always had a great time. But tonite 7/9/2022 will be my last. The parking lot to the rear of the Exchange was $5 with a voucher if you were going to the Exchange or Omar's which would be taken off your bill. Now it is $10 with a $5 voucher. Have no problem with this. The parking attendant said she ran out of $5 vouchers so I was would not get the $5 off. She told me to ask the bartender and she gave her name.(very nice person). Talked to the bar maid but she said she could not do it or she would lose her job. The other person in there was also no help. They needed a voucher. What's wrong with this picture, call the manager or owner and get more vouchers, there still are a lot of parking spaces. I was angry and left and will never set foot in this place again.
